Remarks

The college is really good and I am a direct 2nd-year student. I had a 95% on my diploma. I got this college in the 2nd round I went to take admission and the process was smooth everyone is cooperative.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is designed by the college itself cause its an autonomous college and the syllabus is much more good and knowledgeable. Speaking about faculty they are so cooperative and are friendly. The more focus on improving skills.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 156000 per year

Internships Opportunities

As I am a second-year student but I have completed two internships in a year which included sketch up and auto CAD in 3D they conduct in-house internships as well and I have completed two projects one of sketch up and AutoCAD 3D.

Placement Experience

As we know for civil placements are less Happening things but I see opportunities learning this college and four placements you need to get a good score, not everybody gets its highest package for civil is around 12 lakhs per annum and eligibility for placement is the final year.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees or normal if you consider other colleges but as it is an autonomous college their fees structure is worth it as they have very beautiful elegance and high-rises buildings. They also provide scholarships to the people who are eligible for them.

Campus Life

Social life at TCET is one of the best life I've ever had In my college time and talking about infrastructure it's also the best I've ever seen They have a big library and auditorium classrooms are also good they also focus on extracurricular activities and social life is amazing.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

SIT is best engineering college of Pune!!

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. i got in this college through mht cet and i wanted to go into tcet as it was near to my house and one of the main reason is placement.
