Remarks

In 2019 I applied for Delhi University, and the marks required was 90% due to my marks and family issue I could attend. After this, I applied for B.com college in Kolkata where the age limit was 20 yrs and marks required was above 75%. I have cleared all my admission processes and my marks are also 80% so I got admission to that college.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

I choose this course because of my interest because these candidates can work in the public as well as the private sector. And I want to be an IAS office that's why I have chosen this. And in that college, there was a very good facility and qualified teachers. And the college campus attracts me more. Qualifications of every teaching staff are PHD and all have minimum teaching experience of 4-5 yrs. And very difficult exams conduct every 6 months.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

Companies like Microsoft, Google provides a good working environment and internships with a stipend of 10to 15 thousand rupees. They give work like Web design, Software development etc. There are many outcomes after doing work in such a company like I can develop new software, I get offered from many other companies also.

Placement Experience

2.5

After the 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Many companies like Tata, Microsoft, Amazon etc visited our college and about 7to 9 lakh package they have given. Higher package 1crore and lower package is 10 lakh. About 90% of students get placement. I want to work in Microsoft, Google.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee collection of that college is very low a middle class student easily afford this. The scholarship is also given to the students who scored about 85% in all exams. I am 2nd year student so I can't get any job till now.

Campus Life

3.5

Tempest was the only fest held every year in November. And all have to participate in that fest. There is a library in my college where various types of books, journals etc are available for students. Smartboards, Electric fans, a projector etc are available in my college. Annual sports were held every 6 months where various types of outdoor and indoor games are played by the students. There are 3 social groups.

Other Applied Colleges

Delhi University | MBA

I am from middle class family and my family can't afford the fees and rent.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This college is one of the famous colleges in Kolkata. This college has all the facilities available in the campus itself. The fact that everything is present in the campus makes it so interesting for all the students be it academics or be it co-curricular activities. Each day there is some interesting activity that takes place in the campus which helps us to deal with real world applications. Even the teaching method is good. The difficulty level of the exams is a bit tough which makes it a bit difficult for the students

Course Curriculum Overview:

B.com is a very flexible course for any commerce student . This particular curriculum of the College is probably not the best , because the classes are very uncertain and there's no rules and regulations for this course in the college the attendance is completely not compulsory which gives the students all the reason for not attending the college and the teacher are not very serious also However this curriculum does provide a real life exposure to the students if they want to take up finance, marketing and tax as their future working skill , the only area of improvement is the necessity of attendance and the marking scheme of CU which is extremely poor , a lot of times students fail in subjects due to I'll checking system which is a major concern. The frequency and timing of exams are very specific and the difficulty level is 3/5

KPMG, E&Y and the big four that we call are the ones who get at SXC Campus. For B.Com (Hons) highest package so far was when E&Y broke the bank at 28 Lpa for one of the students in 2023. Almost 75% students are placed here and considering the demand and supply, this is a great ratio.
