Remarks

Placement is the main problem about this college infrastructure is good but not great. Hygine sometimes become a problem but overall its a great college.

Entrance Preview

I gave JEE mains and BITSAT but wasn't able to qualify i always loved computer related things and realized my passion in my high school. Admission to PDM College of Engineering was easy as my 12th score was good. They got me admitted giving a 10% scholarship.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

As being in First year their is no such research work yet but the course structure is good and smartly planned. Subjects like EVS and CISCO courses and being offered to first year students. Being a computer science student i loved the course curriculum.

Internships Opportunities

Being in first year i don't know much but our college don't provide internship. They ask students to do internships on their own as a part of curriculum but don't provide on their own.

Placement Experience

1

The only problem with this college is placement every time someone ask about placements the college never responds the placements have improved but still need to increase the placement %. Few companies come and go giving jobs to only few students comprising only 10% of total college population.

College Events

4.5

Recently sports day was celebrated in our college i participated in badminton and won freshers cum talent hunt was also organised In the college. A month ago Microsoft workshop on game development was also organized by the college it was a great experience.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure felt quite expensive my dad took a educational loan from the bank to pay the fees as per the infrastructure the fees is more than expected. After getting a 10% scholarship i was asked to pay around 66,000 for 1st semester and 45,000 for the next one.

Fees and Financial Aid

College gave a 10% scholarship as per their criteria of scholarship. I have even opted for an educational loan for SBI to pay the fees.

Campus Life

4

The college gender ratio is like 3:1 For boys : girls most students are from delhi but many students are from haryana side. Punjabi and hindu people are also in good quantity. Few weeks back our college organized a Debate competition i got 2nd position our college religion ratio is diverse and most students are from middle or lower middle class. But there is like a type of wall between haryana students and delhi students. They have separate groups. But with exceptions.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

As i haven't opted for any hostel facility. But some of my friends live in the hostels as per them the hostel facility is just average, it's good but not bad though food as i have heard is not that great. Many things need improvements in the hostel and food standards.

Alumni/Alumna

Every senior just gave us only one comment that you students are luck enough that this college have improved so much over few years the interaction with seniors was a great experience I even met an alumni he told me that he didn't got a placement but the overall experience was good. He was surprised to see how the college has improved so much.

Exam Structure

Exams are frequent and are after every 3-4 weeks sometimes the day become hectic and and sometimes its chilled out. Assignments and given every month and tests are taken from class test to sessionals and semester labs are not that hectic and are a easy go.

Admission

First, forms came out and i submitted it they selected me and called me many times. So i visited their college they showed me the infrastructure and showed the procedure of admission we followed it and got myself admitted in the college. People were nice there their and answered our questions calmly.

Faculty

3.5

Faculty of this college is not that great. Few subjects have good faculty but most faculty are not that teaching experts. EVS, chemistry, physics have great faculty. Beside this all the faculty members are responsible and willing to help students.
