Remarks
Don't take admission in this college if you want to get hired through on-campus placement.
Entrance Preview
I gave JEE Mains examination. I got 89 marks in that exam so I couldn't convert to any government college. A friend of mine suggested this college as they provided buses to pick-up and drop, so it was easy to commute.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum really needs to be updated. They're way back than what currently is required to enter the cooperate technical world. But now the college is providing additional paid courses like CCNA, SAP, Microsoft Cloud Computing, Android Development etc
Internships Opportunities
No, this college didn't provide any internship opportunity. You have to apply for the internship on your own.
Placement Experience
Not many companies visited for on-campus placements. The companies which came for on-campus hiring offered very low packages. The placement cell gave links to apply off-campus. No Campus Placement- this is the greatest drawback of getting admission in this college.
College Events
The college organizes Freshers party, a grand Sports Meet, Blood Donation Camps, Cultural Fest, and Farewell party. Students and lecturers actively work together to make these events a hit but they turned out to be only decent, not good enough as compared to other engineering colleges.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is feasible. All private colleges almost charge the same fee.
Fees and Financial Aid
No, this college does not provide any kind of scholarship or loan facility.
Campus Life
There's an organization IEEE-PDMCE which conducts various events in the college time to time. Campus life is okay. The gender ratio is just like in any other engineering college. The students involved in extra-curricular activities like imagine cup organized by Microsoft and some students participate in robotics event in technical fests of different colleges.
Hostel Facilities
I didn't avail the hostel facility but what I got to know is that mess food is not so good and the rooms in the hostel were average.
Alumni/Alumna
No, seniors don't give much attention to their juniors. Some won't even ask for the introduction of freshers. Everyone is occupied with their own work. No such outgoing environment. But if you go and personally ask them for any kind of help, then they would help you out to figure things.
Exam Structure
They take two sessional exams on the basis of which the teachers give the Internal Marks out of 50 and then you have to appear for the main semester exam of 100 marks. The exams are not very difficult. If you are an average student, you can pass the semester examinations easily.
Admission
When I visited the campus, a faculty showed the infrastructure-the central library, laboratories, and air-conditioned classrooms. The administration staff was friendly. They briefed about the fee structure and book-bank facility provided by the college.
Faculty
The faculty is decent. All of them are post-graduates (M.Tech). They were always on-time in the lectures. They were helpful. They did clear all the doubts after the lectures too. But they focus more on theoretical knowledge rather than hands-on expertise in languages.
