Remarks

The admission process is smooth and easy. If you got more than 80% in class 12th, then you can easily get admission. otherwise, you have to go through Cet and interviews and if you get more than 93% then you are eligible for a 100% scholarship.

Course Curriculum Overview

Amity, Noida has a rank in BTech Biotechnology. It has world-class laboratories and owns many patents. Every faculty is required to hold a PhD degree for qualifying as a teacher. There are 2 term exams in a year. Each term contains 2 internal exams with practicals.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 280000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Companies like Wipro, Infosys, LG visits amity every year. It's your own choice that what kind of internship you wanna pursue. Many students can work under faculty for research or can join labs others can ask for projects.

Placement Experience

Students are eligible for placements during their final year. Apart from that amity offers summer internships and allot NTCC (research projects) for students. selection of students depends upon their cgpa as well as their interview. amity really nourishes its students to crack the interviews.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is around 1,30,000 with an increment of 5000 every year. Students securing more than 90% are eligible for 50% scholarship and those securing more than 93 % are eligible for 100% scholarship. You just need to maintain it by securing a good CGPA.

Campus Life

The annual fest is AMITY'S YOUTH FEST. Every year celebs like Raftaar, Guru Randhawa used to come. Apart from it amity organize university freshers for students. They also organize an annual sports meet SANGATHAN every year. Each dept. has its own clubs which usually organize events every Thursday.

Hostel Facilities

The hostels are of two types ac and non-ac. hostels are fully gated with 24/7 security. Amity has 4 canteens out of which 2 are open during dinner time too. The food is really good and cheap in price. apart from that campus offers other franchises such as CCD, subway, dominoes etc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and keep up with the evolving trends of industry. It balance Theoretical and knowledge and practical application, helping students build a strong foundation in core subjects like programming mathematics and engineering fundamentals. The curriculum Includ Laboratory session Projects and tutorials that enhance understanding beyond the textbooks It also allows students to choose elective in later semester which adds flexibility and depth to learn. In terms of revevance, most subjects are designed to align with current industry requirements especially in field like computer science and electronics the inclusion of emerging technologies such as ai data science and web development makes it quite comprehensive. However a few areas could be improved such as integrating more industry based project and updating some older Syllabus to match modern tools and frameworks. Overall the curriculum is relevant ,comprehensive and career-oriented providing a solid base for both higher studies and professional development.

Unfiltered review and reality of My College

Course Curriculum Overview:

This criteria for choosing the college was because of placements. The curriculum Is outdated and not as per the industry requirements. In 1st year we are taught only one language and which is of no use.... That is C. But in other universities, students are taught languages like java, C++, python in their 1st year. Teachers are good. I have no issues with them but I have issues with its curriculum. Exam are taken so much which are according to me good as they prepare as for university exams but as I consider placement point of view so students do not have enough time to prepare for their placements, learning new skills as we are supposed to study for exams otherwise we will have to attend extra exams and classes and will lose internal marks. So having many exams have both benefits and drawbacks.
