It was good to share about my college.

Well, I took admission to Symbiosis for the Executive MBA program. The program structure is too good, the rules for the executive batch are the same as regular batches. Probably same professors for executive MBA as the regular MBA has. The admission process is quite easy. First, you need to get registered yourself from the college website for the particular course with registration fees (10000) refundable. Then you will receive an email from the college that you have been shortlisted depending upon your qualifications and experience details provided while registering. You will receive the interview date scheduled. After the interview based on the decision, you will receive provisional admission process and fees details. Upon 1st course fees, you are enrolled in the course. The criteria to get selected is you just have above 80% marks in your graduation. That's it.

I get enrolled in this course to improve my business knowledge and personal development. I found this course too useful for working student managers. The faculty: student ratio is pretty good i.e. 10:8. The sessions are more interactive and useful to gain business knowledge. The faculties are all Ph.D. and with 40+ experience. The term exams are in line with the schedule and as this is an executive MBA course so concerns of students are taken into account by the director of the college. The assignments submission and internal and external exams are all happened timely.

The Institute will arrange internships in various organizations. Students will be allotted internship in a company based on merit or any other criterion laid down by the company. In some cases the students may be allowed to arrange internship. In that case a student can take a letter from the placement/respective department and contact the company. The confirmation letter from the company has to be submitted to the placement / respective department. Students will be associated with one faculty from the respective department who will act as an internal mentor. During six months duration, the internal mentor will assess the student's performance twice. The final Evaluation of the internship will be done jointly by the internal and company mentor.

It is a decent choice if you're planning to do your MBA in IB or agro-business. The average package offered is around 10 lakhs. The course curriculum gives you a global perspective on many things. The locale is very admirable even though the location of the college is a bit far from the city.
