Remarks
The general admission criteria. GDPI call is purely based on the SNAP score. The process was the smoothest among all the colleges I attended. Cut off is generally around 98 to 99. There is a group exercise, wat, and interview.
Course Curriculum Overview
One of the best colleges to do HR. Teachers are good and online classes are handled properly. Most teachers have PhD. Exams are timely and are manageable. College is student-friendly. Faculty to student ratio is also good.
Internships Opportunities
There are around 100 companies visiting the campus and the average stipend is around 2L. The PPO ratio is also good. Mostly live projects and given and students work on them and get good exposure to real problems faced by companies.
Placement Experience
The placements are great. The average is around 20L. Most of the big companies from FMCG, AUTO, BFSI visit the campus regularly. SIBM is open for most of the competitions. So there are a lot of opportunities through corporate competitions.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees for the 2020-2022 batch was around 22L. Most of the banks provide loans up to 20L without collateral. The contact details of these banks are available on the website. Scholarship details are also provided on the website. During my year top 25 students were given a 5L scholarship. Semester toppers also receive scholarships. The average stipend is around 2L.
Campus Life
Infrastructure for online classes is good. There are several fests across a year. The library has all the necessary books. There are a lot of amenities for sports and extracurricular. The college website gives a list of facilities available.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are great and three sharing. It is maintained well and is clean. The canteen food is good. The registration process is simple and is very affordable. All the hostels are on the hilltop campus.
Interview Experience
There was a group exercise. This changes every year. Many pictures were flashes and as a group, we had to connect the pictures and make a story. This followed by what was related to the current affair. Interview questions are related to personality, background, work experience, and general knowledge. Questions from the budget were also asked.
