Remarks

I chose SIBM because it is one of the best MBA colleges in Pune. I did my graduation from one of the colleges of Pune. I have visited this college several times. The college infrastructure is really good.

Course Curriculum Overview

All the subjects offered by the college are unique with each of them having some or the other contribution in the corporate world. Teachers are highly cooperative, and you can ask personal doubts as they are available all the time. Teaching methods like PPTs, projects, industry visits, class activities and experiential learning are used here.

Class Size: 72Course Fees: INR 1725000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements in our college were outstanding with an average salary package offered up to 17 LPA. Many reputed companies from all across the country visited the campus to hire candidates from all the specializations like marketing, finance, HR, and operations. Not only final placements but also summer internships were excellent for previous batch.

College Events

Transcend is the flagship event organized here which includes dance, music, fashion show, and contests like Last Man Standing. There are lots of opportunities provided by the college to the students to excel in life.

Campus Life

The campus is beautiful and situated on a hilltop. The library is available 24x7. Hostel rooms are spacious. The food served in the mess is homely. They immediately solve any issues in the hostel or classrooms. Labs are fully air-conditioned. There is a separate Bloomberg lab. The college provides 24x7 Wi-Fi facility without any interruptions.

Placement Experience:

After completimg 2sem students are eligible for campus placements. Mock GD and interviews are conducted in 2 sem whivh will be assessed and will affect the overall SGPA. There are multiple companies like JLL, CBRE, Turner and Townsend, AWFIS, C&W, SPCL,GR Infra, GMR, Rider Levett Bucknail, Godrej, ICICI Bank, JWIL, Knight Frank, Savills, Vishwaraj etc. Around 98% of the students were placed from the campus interview. Profiles were for project management. Highest package was 28 LPA by Rider Levett Bucknail.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester students will be eligible for placements The placement criteria for placements is having 6.0 or above pointer in attempted semesters and they have to keep that grade up to the end of the course. The highest package was 30 lakh for Dubai bases company related to Real Estate and minimum Package was 3.75 lac for the freshers in Construction Project Management course. 40% of students get placed while 20% opted out and the rest of the students are still getting placement opportunities from the institute.

The surroundings of our college are very interesting, there are guest lectures, workshops. Also, Fresher parties and all of the other events make life at our college very enjoyable. To take this exam, you must have graduated from any recognized university with a minimum of 50% (45% for SC/ST). Candidates appearing for the final year can also apply. You can find the application form, fees, and dates on SIBM Pune's website. Reservation of 15% for SCs, 7.5% for STs, 15% above intake for international students and 3% for differently abled. The admission process starts starts with an exam SNAP. it's safer to score 98.5+ percentile to get a call from SIBM Pune. After receiving call from college, the next process includes group exercise, a written ability test(which is no longer there this year), and a personal interview.
