CET, i scored 390 out of 500, I opted this college due to it is close to Goa, and i like goa, one of the oldest college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Good, VTU syllabas, but now it has become deem university. electives like business studies were very helpful, it helped me a lot for building my business, the also had 48 hours of personality development course.

Internships Opportunities

I was working with LG Electronics , Noida and I got that myself, I was getting Rs6000 per month. I was working in the Glocalization department. was staying in a girls hostel, that was amazing at that age.

Placement Experience

I got job in ETDC, STQC by myself, however all my friends got job in one company, i dint know what went wrong, though some people left and gon to companies like infosys, wipro accenture.

College Events

Annual Day, Fashion week, Sports meet, Wall magazine day, Rose day, valentines day etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

feasible, and lower for localites and costly for out side karnataka students, 4K per annum for local students and 35K for out siders, and the college managements demand capitation fees for branch change and various other benefits.

Hostel Facilities

Good, but pure vegiterians where they eat chicken within the canteen hiding from others, racial discrimination and local dadagiri are available within the hostel too.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Exam Structure

weekly, every 15 days and semester exams, we had project works, workshops, group discussions, group studies and various pD based courses

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum has the necessary subjects of the branch...It is constantly updated every year to adhere to relevancy and comphrehensiveness of the course..My department of AIML teaches us the necessary computer subjects such as Nature Inspired computing, Deep learning etc and also the Maths and Stats whch is required for machine learning is though too ( Like Maths for machine learn and statistical modellign, inferential statistics, time series analysis etc)..These subjects also have lab components which help us prepare for real-world applications. But some of the older subjects on the other hand which might be core computer science or in first year..common subjects like CAED and others are not required and outdated. The frequency and timings of exams is moderate..neither good nor bad

My Real Experience as a First Year DSAI Student at IIIT Dharwad

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th sem. The highest on campus package this year was around 64 LPA, while as far as I know, the top 20% of the students usually get offers in the 16-24LPA range. The overall placement rate is good, but results depend a lot on your skills and practice

Course Curriculum Overview:

Though i needed cse with cybersecurity but i didnt get it so i went with Robotics and ai. In first year they have many subjects of all course which are basic and fundamentals of all branches Some are good in real world application They should add more practical stuff then theories We have 1 to 1½ month gap betwen internals and some 10 days gap between 2nd internal and sem difficult level varies every year
