My college overview

On the day of the councelling, it was attended with my father and all the other parents. All my documents are checked by the management staff of the college. The academics of PSIT is very good. Faculty teaches very well and you can ask your doubt from them anytime. You will have to give two sessional tests one pre University exam before the end semester University exam. The placement of PSIT is very good. In recent placement, the highest package was around 26 lakh per annum cs and its branch and median package is around 4 lakh per annum. The lowest package was around 3.5 lakh per annum.

The faculty is all very qualified and most of the faculty have a doctorate in their respective fields. It is always easy to pass exams if you concentrate in the classroom lectures only.

IIT Kanpur provides internships to the students and provides a stipend of around 20000 for the whole period. Recently a group of students got an internship there are assigned to build a virtual lab for IIT Bombay and they succeeded. Many companies like Tata consultancy services and Infosys also provide internships. Many new startups also provide internships as mine was work mail community and they provide a promising stipend. Many various roles are offered to the students like full stack developer, data analyst, computer system analyst, computer architecture analyst, web developer, android developer, and many more according to their respective field of expertise.

PSIT is value for money because if you get cs aur its branch then the placement percentage of the college is above 90 % for cs and it with an average package of around 4 lakh annum. Students are eligible for placements in their 6 semesters and onwards. Companies like Infosys, tcs and Capgemini are the mass recruiters. Wipro is also visiting and recruiting students nowadays. Many students are cracking off-campus placements also and that too with high CTC's. My plans are to get placed in a product-based company and I believe that my college will help me in doing so.

The fees of every course is increased 10 % every year and that applies on hostel and bus fees too. My fees were around 20000 including bus changes. I didn't get any scholarships but some of my friends have got it. You are constantly kept updated about the internship and job opportunities by the college.

There are a lot of social groups and societies run by students like:- Udaan - the charity club. Chanakya - the algorithm club. IEEE - the IEEE student branch psit. Gracias - the dance club.
