PSIT -Best private college in UP

I applied to PSIT Kanpur, through the UPSEE entrance exam. I have successfully availed FW seat in the college. The admission procedure is mainly based on Counseling and your UPSEE score. One must have a good rank in the entrance exam to get admission to the College. the admission process was smoothly conducted without any problem as the management was very helpful.

I chose Computer Science & Engineering as my course as I am keen interest in Technology and wants to build a bright future in the field of Technology. Talking about the faculty-student ratio I must say that In PSIT the ratio of faculty and student is well maintained. Faculty here are highly qualified and skilled and most of them are graduated from top Indian Institutes. Faculty are very helpful and they help their student in the best possible they can. Assignment tests are conducted periodically in order to monitor the preparation of the student. Pre-University exam conducted by the college gives us the complete picture for the external examination, they are totally from the content which is taught in the class and easy to score good marks.

Mainly internships are provided by the companies like Infosys. As I am a first-year student show I am not aware of the project. Many students get the opportunity to do internships at IIT Kanpur. Talking about the stipend I am not aware whether it is paid or not.

IN my college the placement session usually starts from the 7th semester and various internship opportunities are available for the students. The top recruiters of the college are Infosys, Capgemini, IBM, and a lot more. In 2019 in 4 days 4 companies visited and took 944 students. This shows the percentage of the student placed. In the year 2019, the highest package was 26 lakh/PA and the average package is 3 -4lakh/PA. My plan after getting a degree is to be placed in a good tech company.

Fees here are normal as compared to other colleges of AKTU. There is no fee hike every year. The fee for CSE is around Rs.1,70000 which includes training fee, placement assistance, extracurricular activity. Various scholarships are available management scholarship, tuition fee waiver, and also the UP government scholarship program.

Ignitia: The cultural fest. The intense potential of the students is given vent through vibrant cultural activities. The books are easily available in the library of the college. The lecture theatres are big, well ventilated and projectors installed in each and every class. The sports ground is very big in size, students can play basketball, volleyball, badminton. In a short, the student life is very good at PSIT.
