Remarks
Back then there were no separate exams of JEE Mains and JEE Advance. There were single IIT JEE Exams the exam was in 2 shifts and the score was based on combining both the papers. After JEE score we had to select our preferred order of different colleges and branches. Make sure you put your desired option on top.
Course Curriculum Overview
Some portion of the curriculum may sound a bit outdated but yaa overall curriculum and the faculties were good. If you have an interest in the core branch then make sure you do take the labs and projects seriously. If you are not interested in the core subject still make sure your grades are good.
Internships Opportunities
I did multiple internships while I was in college. I spent my 2nd-year summer internship in IIM-A third-year internship with TIFAC, my 4th-year internship with Axsiom and my final year was for the dissertation.
Placement Experience
The college placement is pretty good here. in your final year companies start visiting the campus. Core, Non-Core every short of companies are there. Placecom is usually handled by the students themselves.
Fees and Financial Aid
When I joined the fee was very low as 14K including the hostel fee as well per sem. But now the fee has increased but scholarship and loan are easily available so no need to worry. There MCM scholarship or if you are looking for a loan you can easily get it from SBI Branch on the Campus itself.
Campus Life
This is in Varanasi so don't worry about the campus experience you may initially hate the city but by the time you leave, you will definitely start loving the city. There are different clubs as per your interest you may enroll in multiple clubs as well.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is there, some of the hostels may look old-fashioned. You can have rented accommodation but with special permission. Hostel life was pretty good there, especially you will find multiple hostel messes in the same hostel itself. there are 24*7 in the hostel canteen as well.
