Remarks
I had given JEE but didn't get a good rank. So I applied here because it was a central government university and the entrance test was easy. In order to apply to this university for BTech (CS), you should have secured at least 45% in 12th With PCM and you must have studied Urdu as a subject at 10th or 12th level. The admission mode is through the entrance test which is of 100 marks, having 50 questions from Maths, 25 from physics and 25 from chemistry. The admission is through entrance mode.
Course Curriculum Overview
The faculty is quite good. There are 60 students. 33% of seats are reserved for girls as per university rule. Semester exams are easy to pass. You can get 8+ cgpa by simply reading notes of the teacher before 1 week of exams.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is very less. The yearly tution fee is only 11000. NSP provides Rs 18000 scholarship per year. There are also other scholarship opportunities. Girls dont have to pay their 1st-semester fee.
Campus Life
Campus life is quite good. The campus is very beautiful surrounded by nature. University has a central library where you can find good books. Reading rooms stay open the whole day and night. University has got an indoor stadium, gym, cricket and football ground.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is limited but the facilities are very good. Four hostels are at University. You need to have a good percentage in ur 12th or graduation level to get a hostel. The yearly hostel fee is only Rs 4200. The reading room and the common room is available in every hostel. The rooms are well furnished. The dining facility is also quite good. Mess charge is around 1800 per month.
