All about SSGI

Firstly fill the form of CGPET, then given the exam and cleared the exam successfully. The next process that took place was document verification in a given center after then counseling in which we have given our choice of college and then college was allotted to us. Once the allotment done candidate can visit College and take admission to it.

My course is electrical and it is very interesting for me though I chose this. It's a good number of students in my class and faculty too. Maximum faculty members are good behavior, supportive. Exams are always conducted by the branch on time and its never easy to pass until and unless you have worked hard for it.

Our college provides many internship opportunities with different companies. Some of them are CSPDCL, BSP, TECHMENT, BSNL, and many more. It also provides training for the placement which is very much beneficial for our future.

The placement is good. Good reputed come for recruitment but it's not for every branch. Maximum companies come for CSE/IT field. 50-60% get placement job and others have some different plans after B.E. My plan after BE is to apply for ETO in the merchant navy.

The fee Structure is approx 38000 per semester and it can be paid in 2 installments. Scholarships are also available for reserved-seat students like ST/SC/OBC. They can apply for scholarships on certain terms and conditions. And we have a good placement offer for us.

We have 1 annual fest and 2 tech fest in a year. Infrastructure is too good. We have a library where the maximum number of books are available related to the subjects. And during the annual fest we get chance to show our talent in different sports or cultural programs. Followed by some of the social groups and also NSS which is one of the most active things in our college.

The hostel facility is good as they provide a separate washroom for each room. But one drawback we can say about the hostel is that mess. Mess food is neither too good nor too bad. If I have to rate the hostel mess then it will be 3.5/10. Otherwise, it's good. The hostel provides Television, TT table and some more equipment for hotels. If someone has to be rented out PG then the Smriti Nagar area is best.
