Remarks

AGRICULTURAL ENGINEERING HAVE MORE SCOPE IN GOV.T SECTOR THAN ANY OTHER SECTOR. AGRICULTURAL ENGINEERING PROVIDE JOBS BOTH IN GOVT AS WELL AS PRIVATE SECTOR. GOOD ASPECT IS ONLY 1 ONE AGRICULTURAL ENGINEERING COLLEGE IN M.P . SO ITS VALUE IS HIGH . BUT THE BAD ASPECT IS PLACEMENT IS NOT GOOD.

Course Curriculum Overview

the course curriculum is as per ICAR. in few departments labs are not in good conditions. the professor don't teach in sincere manner. exams are conducted in timely manner. senior guidance helps alot here . some faculty is too good . students normally prepare for government exam during their B.Tech. alumini network is too good .

Internships Opportunities

I have done internship in northern region farm machinery training and testing institute and in central institute of agricultural engineering, bhopal as an intern trainee.INTERNSHIPS ARE TOO GOOD. RS 3000 PER MONTHS ARE PROVIDED TO STUDENT FOR INTERNSHIP. IF INTERNSHIPS ARE DONE SERIOUSLY THEN PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE INCREASES AUTOMATICALLY.

Placement Experience

PLACEMENT IS NOT GOOD. ONLY 1 OR 2 COMPANY COME FOR PLACEMENT HERE. BUT THE GATE SELECTION RATE IS VERY HIGHER. OUT OF 90 STUDENT , 30 STUDENT QUALIFY GATE EVERY YEAR. EVERY YEAR STUDENT GET SELECTED IN GATE AND CAT .

Fee Structure And Facilities

FEES IS NORMAL AS PER THE GOVT COLLEGE. TWO TYPES OF SEATS ARE THERE THROUGH WHICH ADMISSION CAN BE TAKEN. FREE SEAT AS WELL AS PAYMENT SEAT. FREE SEAT HAVE FEES OF RS 8000 PER SEM AND PAYEMENT SEAT HAVE RS 54000 PER SEM FEES.

THE WHOLE JNKVV CAMPUS IS EVERGREEN. CULTURAL AS WELL AS SPORTS PROGRAM ARE CONDUCTED EVER YEAR. THE COLLEGE IS GOOD IN PROVIDING SPORTS AND CULTURAL FACILITIES . SEPARATE TEACHERS ARE APPOINTED FOR CULTURAL FEST. STUDENT FROM JNKVV EVERY YEAR WENT FOR NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIONS.

Admission

YOU CAN TAKE ADMISSION THROUGH MPPAT EXAM .SOME SEATS OF ICAR UG ARE ALSO THERE. MPPAT EXAM CONSIST OF 3 SECTIONS. PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY AND MATHS. TOTAL 200 MARKS EXAM IS THERE WITH NO NEGATIVE MARKING. 100 MARKS FOR MATHEMATICS AND 50 MARKS FOR EACH PHYSICS AND CHEMISTRY. TOTAL 90 SEATS ARE THERE IN COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURAL ENGINEERING JNKVV JBP. OUT OF 90 SEATS , 18 SEAT ARE OF ICAR AND REMAINING SEAT OF MPPAT. AFTER EXAM , RESULT IS RELEASED BY MP VYAPAM WITHIN 1 OR 2 MONTHS. MERIT IS PREPARED AND THEN CUTOFF IS RELEASED. ONLY STUDENT WITH MARKS EQUAL OR MORE THAN CUTOFF CAN APPLY IN COUNSELLING. FOR TAKING PART IN COUNSELLING STUDENT MUST HAVE CLASS 12TH WITH A BOARD EXAM.

JNKVV accepts MPPAT for admission to its B.Tech Agricultural Engineering program. The university releases the cut-off for each category of students. With 91 marks out of 200, your chances to get admission is low.

I did not option for this college personally it's just my last option to choose this college because during councelling I didn't get better college besides of this so ,cause of disappointed in meet I had to choose this college.although it doesn't have such impressive background of this college.althogh it is the best university of agriculture in Madhya Pradesh.and it provided in good academic. Good college in terms of career options

The admission takes place based on Pre agricultural test (90% seats) and the ICAR exam (10%seats). PAT exam is of 200 marks and to get admission to the Btech program nearly 115-130 are the minimum safe marks. Application forms are available on the mppeb website. It requires a detailed filling, upload of photographs, signatures, and then payment.
