Lot to Improve

Only choice left after not getting admission in any IIT or NIT. I applied for JEE Mains and qualified but the score was not good. Then i appeared in JEE Advance and that did not Crack. So after appearing for State level examination i got selected. And after getting admission i regretted for mot appearing in JEE Mains again.

There are lot of problem in the college. The infrastructure is not as it should have been as it was the only Government engineering college of the state at that time. There is a scarcity of good faculty and most teachers are on contract basis which are not able to fulfill the demand.

Yes there is one compulsory internship. The college on its own doesn't provide internship but they can help to get to some company for internship. College authorities often tell us to get a internship done from internshipshala

Many companies visit the college every year with few vacancies and some get the job of average annual package of 2 to 3 lacs. So not so much hope from placement. Non of the students actually prefer the job for that salary

The fee used to be average 10k per semester but now it has been increased to about 15k to 20k per semester. The is no college specific scholarship but you can apply for minority scholarship if you are from minority division.

The location of the campus is very far from the city. The public transportation is not appropriate and reaching the college from the city is a bit tedious. Better have private transportation facility. I don't remember if there are any social groups of any thing else.

No. I didn't appear for any group discussion. The admission is totally based on the merit we get after appearing for Common Entrance Test. It's not so difficult as there are many seats available in the college.
