Remarks

This college offered an integrated Btech and MBA course. And the location of the college is also great (Mumbai). The biggest drawback though was the infrastructure. They show you this very nice and huge building that you will be studying in but then most of your classes and exams are conducted in another building with is about 1 km form the main building.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

The Mba part is top notch in every aspect. The curriculum, faculties, resources everything is really good. They even conduct extra classes based on new industry trends to help you be updated with the new "must have skills". But the engineering part is very mediocre, it is more like foundational so that you are just aware of what actual professionals in that domain do. And they have been very open in stating that the aim is to make techno managers who have enough know how of the technical work going on that they can perform their managerial work in an efficient manner.

Placement Experience

4.5

The placement % is very high about 95% students who sit for placements get placed. The minimum salary policy is 5L and the maximum goes up till 21L. The median salary is about 7,00,000 for the last year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is fairly simple, you need to pay the fees yearly. The exact year wise break up if the 1750000 keeps changing but this is more or less the amount that you pay. In the initial years the fees in a bit higher (375000) and in the last two years the fees is lesser. It includes all kinds of fees: the tuition fees, infrastructure fees, books that you need, a blazer tie and some more college accessories. There are no scholarships and I am not sure about the financial assistance. There are internship programs in which the placement department helps you get internships in reputed companies. Most are paid, but some of these are unpaid.

Campus Life

3.5

There are lots of clubs and year round fests.(Sattva, Conquer, Social conclave, MUN) There are lounges and areas where you can sit relax and chill. There are two libraries and additionally a digital library and you can find all the required books. The classrooms are equipped with Ac and recently smart boards were installed in every class.

Admission

There is an exam called NPAT which is conducted every year and you are offered the branches based on your rank in the exam. And you get a chance to upgrade your branch based on your first year's performance.

Admission:

I applied for the college based on my JEE main score. Admissions are also done based on the score of state level Engineering entrance examination that is MHT-CET. However if one has given the JEE Main examination then the state level examination doesn't matter much. I got this college in the second round of counselling and took admission in it because I know that my score was not good to get into NITs or on the IIITs. This is institute is known for its Engineering education that's why I opted for it.
