It's quite good

BIET is one of the best Govt Engineering colleges in UP. It opts for 2nd rank in the Aktu ranking of all govt colleges in UP. It is a good college for the B.Tech but as being an MBA student I do not find it best. It is just like another Govt college. I took admission through the UPSEE exam. I got this college in first counselling. one who is want to apply in BIET, have to fill the UPSEE exam after clearing the exam you will be asked for the counselling and for that you need to submit all the documents in the college.

I choose an MBA because I want to join any corporate sector and also want to gain experience of real-time life of the corporate world. If we talk about the faculty members and student ratio there is less no of faculty is available in the MBA department. 1 teacher have to take 2 subjects. Some of the faculty members are good and responsible and always ready to help the student. They all are good at teaching and have a lot of knowledge.

There is an internship opportunity provided by the college due to this pandemic. Students have to search for themselves. The student who is searching for the opportunity of an internship or can search it on LinkedIn. where you can find lots of opportunity for the internship.

The placement is good. Some of the students are got a place in D'mart, Cognizant, TCS etc but the ratio is too low. Only 4-5 students are got placement. Some of them still preparing for the NET exam. My plans are to do PhD after completing my MBA.

You will have to pay 20000 to freeze your sheat in online counselling. The rest of the fees you will have to pay during the admission process. Total fees structure including hostel 84000/- per year. This includes all the transportation, hostel tution fees etc. BIET also provide Scholarship, so you can get scholarship up to 50000/-. In short, these course fees will cost only 25000/- if you are eligible for the scholarship.

Due to this pandemic, we do not get the chance to experience college or campus life in BIET but as the seniors say and teachers told us that there are a lot of activities that are organised by the BIET like seminar, event, webinar, where you can participate and show your ability and skills. The certificate is also provided by the institution.

Currently, I am in my first year so I haven't gone through this right now but some of the seniors told me that it totally depends on the company for which you are applying. The college conducts the exam to check aptitude ability, reasoning ability GS etc for that you will have to do practise.
