Remarks
I have applied to colleges like vjti, pillai, saboo Siddik, and many more. I got admission to pillai college of engineering. The admission process was done efficiently. The faculty and admission cell was really helpful.
Course Curriculum Overview
I had an interest in web designing which is why I opted for this course. Although the student intake is over 150 so it is difficult for the faculty to solve the queries of every student. However, the faculty is really hard working. They are trying their best to cope up with the online education process.
Internships Opportunities
I haven't done an internship yet, as said earlier I have got admitted to a pandemic. So I cant really briefly say about it. However, the internship offered is good as heard by my seniors. Roles like working as an intern doing data entries, working on web development projects, and other projects to upgrade our knowledge.
Placement Experience
After Sem 7 students are eligible for campus placement. Companies like TCS, tech mahindra, infosys, etc visit for offering placements. The highest package offered is 12lakh per annum. I can say 75% of students get placed for sure. After degree, I'm planning to work
Fees and Financial Aid
I had to pay a total fee of 1,25,9,16. Which is a big thing. It's really difficult for students who have an interest in engineering but can't afford the fees. Scholarships like EBC, OBC, and minority scholarships, etc are offered.
Campus Life
Annual fees are around 1 lakh, nearly all books are available in the library. Although my admission was done in pandemic so I didn't get a chance to visit the college much. So cant really say about the amenities.
