Being a university this is a good institution and many companies visit here for placement but like any other private college the skills you need to develop on your own. You don't need to worry about the hostel as the mess food is really good, wifi in a hostel and every campus building and also large and separate grounds and courts for different sports which is really good. A different number of student clubs like sports clubs,aeromodelling clubs, javapie club, dance, literature, poetry, etc. It also has its own Ecell-GLAU which conducts a no. of events throughout the year including TEDX which I assume you must be aware of. However, certain minor issues are there but to sum it up I would like to say if you don't get a good govt. college then only chooses this one. Morever, only if you can not afford a college of higher fees and payments.

Not all bad but also not that good faculty is average. Most of the phd holder faculty completed there phd from the university itself so you can assume that it is like that of any other private college.

Like any other private college, you will have to work on your skill yourself because college won't help you with that although they make aure many companies visit for placement. They even have specialization courses apart from the normal CS branches which is introduced by IBM in different fields of computer engineering.

If you have good percentages in board exams they give some concessions in fee for the first year otherwise they will notify you to apply for UP govt. scholarships if you want to via e-mail, considering you perform well in your studies. The fee structure is just fine for I would not be able to afford a college of higher fee

Hostel fee is different from mess fee. Mess fee is charged only for those days in which you are in the hostel or you have left without applying for leave while the remaining cost is reimbursed in next year's charge. The meal is good and no problem with food will be faced.

Direct admission
