Remarks

Because it is the nearest college to me. Good ratings of this college. Good campus. Best location near nature in mountains. The good number of faculties. The admission process is not too long. The campus is not too big but very beautiful.

Course Curriculum Overview

College is too close for me. Faculties amount is good. Maybe is 1:50 approx. And 2000+ faculties Faculties are very kind almost all Qualification of the facilities is almost PhD almost of all. And others are M.Tech. There are 2 exams per semester mid sem. and end sem. It is difficult for some students to pass some subjects.

Around more than 140 companies are come to DIT for offering the internship. The companies participants in the DIT University for the placements are likely Google, Amazon, Directi Goldman Sachs, Oracle, IBM, Adobe Labs, Byju's, Tata, Honda, Ashok Layland, Wipro, Infosys and many more.

There is average placement in this college for all streams of students. Approximately 70-80 percent of the students are placed in this college. The highest packages are around 35 LPA, And the average package is about 7 LPA. After getting a degree my plans are to place in good company.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is like you have to pay semester wise (in 6 months) There are not too many other fees you have to pay. The scholarship is like of state wise like for Uttarakhand only And according to the percentage of 12th and jee score also.

Campus Life

There are hostels for boys and girls both on the campus itself. There are 4 boys hostels and 2 Girls hostels. But there is high money to pay for it almost equal to fees for the course. There are all facilities for sports to play. But there are no facilities for girls. There are many clubs run by students but under a faculty.

GEU makes complete engineers!

Placement Experience:

Oracle these days as some alumni of our college are working there and they have made them come to our university every year. Google and Amazon as well hired students almost every year from our college and because it's a batch of 900 students the average is 8 lakhs as some students even gets placements of 40-50 LPA every year.

Good Talk

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in the 7th sem. Recently, Visa visited our college but didn’t make any offers. The highest package in 2024 was 84 LPA, while the average is around 4 LPA. Nearly 80% of students get placed across different companies. After my degree, I plan to build strong tech skills and aim for a good software developer role.

A conforting campus experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

the btech curriculum is relevant with good balance of theory labs and project which influenced my decision to join it prepares students for internships and higher studies .adding more industry workshops and latest tools would help. exams are moderate with internal tests and one final each semester.

Course Curriculum Overview:

i would rate the course curriculum at graphic era hill university as highly relevent and fairly comprehensive because it include all the essential subjects like data structures ,operating system , database management systems etc.the combinatiin of both practical abd theory subject can help student to gain real word knowledge and can also achieve technical skills,the curriculum could be improve by adding more hands on industry projects , live workshop and update elective options that focus on current technologies ,exam frequency is well structured with one mid semester and one end semester , the exams are moderately difficult .

Things to Know about Uttaranchal University before admission.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are quite bad as only a few companies come to our college for placement drive . Students becomes eligible for campus placement from the 3rd year onwards . Companies visited like TCS , HCL and some other not much popular companies visited but this year placement is very low . Our college also fake advertising about the placement they advertise the interships also as placements. 10 to 20 percent in BTech CSE are getting only Placement. I don't know what I will do after getting degree but currently I am doing a side by side diploma from IIT Roorkee to get some extra knowledge and skill improvement for better placements.

You can get various scholarships on the basis of your percentile in jee mains and your 12th percentage. It's around 100 percent for 90+ percentile in jee mains and 100 percent for 95+ in PCM in 12th.
