Remarks

Campus infrastructure is great. Faculty for teaching are not that good. Now many of teaching faculty is from students who are doing their M.E. in that same college. Alegria is one of the bear festival here in navi mumbai and many student take admissions because of it. College management is good.

Entrance Preview

I took MHT-CET entrance exam . I just had interest in electronics so I chose this field and based on my marks in MHT-CET this was the best college that i could get.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course of Mumbai university at not focused on research they only focus on assignments and exams. Most of the portion is outdated.

College Events

Our college has one of the biggest festival in navi mumbai- Alegria.

Campus Life

Campus life is good. Our branch had poor gender ratio. Had some extracurricular activities. First year labs are ok. After second year labs were poor we almost had only one or two equipment for a entire class.

Exam Structure

Constant exams and practical exams with constant assignments made it hectic.

The course curriculum is pretty outdated. I am in cybersecurity specialization and there are only 2 subjects(starting from 2nd year) related to cybersecurity.and those courses are good but the faculty teaching them arent that great. they just read out the ppts, which they dont even share.

Practical College Life with Real Opportunities for Self-Driven Students

Placement Experience:

Placements start from final year. Students become eligible in 7th sem. Training sessions begin earlier. Aptitude and coding practice provided. Mock interviews are also conducted. Preparation quality depends on effort. Many service based firms visit. Some product companies also come. Roles include developer and analyst. Support and testing roles common. Core jobs limited for some branches. Multiple offers for top performers. Average package is moderate level. Top packages go to few students. Around half students get placed. Others find off campus jobs. Internships improve placement chances. My plan is skill based job.

I don't know much about the placements but I heard that after third year onwards you get placement opportunities . The highest package is 12 lacks and the average package is between 3.5 to 4.5 lacks .

That aspect that made me choose this course that the it very oriented with the project based learning which prepare students for the industry level knowledge and ready for the job . It really prepare for the real world problem which are needed in the industry. Some improvements can also be added as the era is of AI the curriculum can be shaped based on the AI for future proof. The frequency of the exam is every 6 months it is very good to have exams every 6 months as students get to check their knowledge on timely basis the difficultly level is manageable.
