A Baby IIM competing with many of the New IIMs

The admission process usually starts after March every year. College releases result in May. The faculties have rich experience in their respective fields. As IIMB was the mentor college, their curriculum is used here. Visiting faculties from IIMB to teach at our campus. I preferred this college over other colleges which I had converted is because Vizag is the financial capital of the state and it's near my home town.

I chose this course because I was always interested in this field and I want to build a career in Marketing. Some of the faculties are really good. Most of the faculties have a Ph.D. from an IIM. We have 6 terms, 2.5 to 3 months each term. Midterms and end terms are conducted accordingly. The timetable is given at the beginning of the term. Almost everyone passes in all the subjects.

The companies start coming to campus for the summer internship selection process in the 1st term. A detailed summer internship report can be found on the college's official website. The average stipend is also mentioned. College also brings companies to campus that offer live projects.

Summer placements start in the first term. Final placements start in the fourth term. Placement details can be checked on the college's official website. A detailed placement report is made available on the website. Our college has been achieving 100% placements year on year.

The overall fee is 1540000 for the 2020-22 batch. This includes college and hostel fees. I'm not sure about the fee hike policy. Some of the scholarships which students can get are the Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj Merit Scholarship to ST students from Maharashtra, a scholarship for BC students of Tamil Nadu domicile, Top class education scheme for SC students, and many more.

Samaarambh is the annual fest. This usually happens in the month of December. All types of books and journals needed by a student are available in the library. We also have an e-library. We have a standard IIM classroom setting. The permanent campus is still under construction, so students can play outdoor sports in AU Grounds. All the indoor sports can be played in the hostel. Some of the flagship sports events of our college are YUDDHH and SAMYODHA. We also participate in SANGRAM, the inter IIM sports event. Some of the student-run clubs are Marketing Club, Finance Club, Consulting Club, Operations Club, Sports Club, and many more.

The room is airconditioned. As of now, it's a 2 sharing room with a study table, chair, cupboard. We get food from a 3-star hotel. There are live counters too. There is no separate hostel registration. They allot room numbers to students in the beginning of the year. All the students stay in the college hostel.
