I had taken CAT as part of the assessment and i had scored 90.91 percentile int he same. The interview process involves strenuous group discussion and personal interview where in panel of 2 professors would try to poke your interest and your activities.
Internships Opportunities
Internship at BIM is excellent this year owing to our alumni connect across industry. The average internship stipend will be around 10,000 per month. however there are rise in PPI/PPO with the company.

Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees has been increased to 12 Lakh in toto for 6 trimester. however when i was doing my course the same was 6 Lakh. The increase is justified by providing better infrastructure at college. However there is no significant increase. ROI with respect to salary has comedown.

Loan can be availed from any public sector bank. You will get an attractive rates with PSU banks if you can provide collateral.
Campus Life
There are 1:2 ratio of girls to boys in the college. there are lot of events happening throught the year. Debates, events, competition including gaming competition happen.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is basically a 2 bhk shared with 4 students in the BHEL quarters. It is a beautiful location with serene environment. Its too hot in summer and cold in winter. Food is best i have ever had in any hostel across the country.
Exam Structure
Exam is of trimester system, there are 6 trimester wherein 2 main series of exams are squished into 4 months program. its so hectic that sleep is something that is luxury. There are 6-7 subjects in year 1 & 2 in each trimester.
Faculty
Faculty of college are inhouse bred and are from the same college. Mostly Phd., good learning. College will make you go way ahead with the theory. sound knowledge provided. Faculty with respect to operations major are not available as of now. otherwise no issue with respect to same.
