University is not responsible for your internship selection.

According to NIRF Ranking, Banaras Hindu University is the top 3rd ranking university in India. The quality of education is very good. All staffs and faculties are very helpful for students and there is no corruption in the university. The email system of the university is very responsive, sometimes it may take some days to become reply, due to workload. Sometimes the Administration of the university becomes very bad and ignores the well-being of students because of government pressure. Generally, the university takes application in March-April and PET entrance in May-June to take admission but in the pandemic, it took 2-3 months late. Because the success rate and educational quality are very good, the staffs, faculties, and administration are supportive, so it should be preferable. I got the notification from my friends and applied but there are many youtube channels like BHU World, BHU Mahamana, BHU Capital, etc from here you may get notifications.

I selected this course because I studied BBA in graduation. And my interest, skills, motivation, and capabilities are in the management area. And there is one teacher per subject and are a total of 28 subjects in the course and four semesters in the course. And a total of 40 to 43 students takes admission in the course per year. All faculties are very educated. Almost all faculties are Ph.D. and have written many research papers and writing now. Their teaching method is very good and easy to understand. Term exam in the corona pandemic was online based and there were rules that any source can be used to give examination. It was very easy to pass it. Because maximum students copied materials from the internet.

ICICI has just offered my colleague to join their internship program. 7 students was selected for it. Stipend of this was 14,000. And many companies didn't come into campus due to corona pandemic. The rest of the students are doing internships by themselves. They got internships through Internshala.com or any other website. And some are doing an online internship. Actually in the second semester of the course, there is a 100 marks of project. So everyone has to do it.

During the course, many companies come to campus for their internship program. 30% to 35% of students are selected for internship each year. And after the course completion, many companies come for placement and 30-35% of students are placed. And some go for Ph.D. and some for job search. ICICI has offered students an internship this year but due to the corona pandemic, many companies didn't come this year. I've planned to study Ph.D. in Management and to do research.

The fee of the couse per year is 50,000 and the couse is of 2 years. And hostel are alloted to very small numbers of students , 3 to 4. So living expenses rises. There are two sources of scholarship, first is of central government and second is of UP state government. All indian students are eligible for central scholarship but the resident students of UP is eligible for UP Scholarship. The students may take loans from banks and the resident of Bihar may take loans from the Bihar government. 30 to 35% of the total students are placed through campus to corporate. The same goes for Ph.D. and some for job search.

Many seminars, webinar and workshops are organised by the university, it depends on the will of students for joining or not. BHU library is the one of the biggest library in India. It has more than 10 Lakh books, documents, journals and content. And news papers and magazines are available in all departments and hostels. Classroom has smart board, fans, ACs, bulbs, benchs and desks. University has a sports board that organizes many sports events during the year. And extra curriculum activities are also organized. There is many students' organization like Students' Federation of India, AISA, AISF, BCM, AVBP, etc.

We faced PET ( Entrance Test), Group Discussion, and Personal Interview. In PET, objective questions are asked. And if you qualify for the PET, go for GD the Personal Interview. The topic of GD was not organized due to corona but a Personal Interview was organized. The topic of the Personal Interview was the Financial market and how to grow in the pandemic.
