I have applied to this college because I liked the infrastructure of college from the outside and education was really good lectures are very professional in the subject I didn’t like the classroom they are a bit old and benches too This is the only defect in the college. coming to the admission process I went to apply for bsc mpcs for that one student should get 75% in their intermediate and ofcourse limited seat is only available. The reason I have preferred this college over others is education is excellent and it's for women mainly and we don’t have ragging in the college. our college has a website www.stannscollege.in
Course Curriculum Overview
I have choosen this course bsc(mocs) because in this course we have maths physics and computers not only we can go for computer background but we can also go for physics and maths backgrounds top that’s why I have choosen this course. We will have 2 lectures for one subject one lecture teach half and the other lecture teach half we will have 100 in our class combination of mpcs students and mecs students. All the lecturers have their pgs and some of them have PhDs also their teaching methods are very understandable we can give 8/10 rating to them. Every year we will have 2 sem exams likely to be every 6 months a year and if we study well we can pass in the subjects no out of portion questions will come for the exam.
Placement Experience
From the 5th semester onwards we will have placements and are eligible for applying for placements. I think appo 6.5 lakh for annual is the highest and 2.50-3.50 lakh for annual is the average package offered by various companies. Students should have a minimum of 60% throughout the academics can apply as per some companies students with below 60 can also be eligible. I will do mba and also try to get a job so that I can work and student too.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure for bsc(mpcs) will be 36000 for the year and we can pay this fee in 2 installments. And for reservation students college will provide scholarships and we will have placements many of my super seniors and seniors have got jobs from campus to many known companies.
Campus Life
We have freshers in July and we will have various events like teacher's day, independence day, etc, and farewell for 3rd-year students. we have so many books for one subject we have many versions of the book at our library which are very useful.We will have sports and extracurricular activities at my college like chess, basketball, handball, NCC, NSS, we can also play badminton, judo, gym and so on. our college has a street cause club which was run by students.
