My Unforgetable Journey To Universal college of engineering.

The good aspects of my college is that firstly the faculties are very friendly and supportive , the locker system provided by our college gives professional look, and its infrastructure goes to next level , the surrounding environment of are college is covered with nature and greenery , it gives the feeling that college is located in natures womb. The bad aspect is that the college location is very isolated and goes very far from vasai station . The admission process is very coperative and easy , admission dates are proper mentioned and well explained in college website . I took admission in this college because it was alocated based on my merit score of JEE and CET entrance exam. And I preferably wanted to go in this college because my seniours had refered me based on their experience.

Since i was curious and intrested in coding , so i choose COMPUTER ENGINEERING course in this college. Faculty Student ratio is 4:6 . And the faculties of are college teaches in an excellent way, one can see that all the lectures are taken by our college faculty is done using projectors , so that all the students can grasp the concept easily and effectively . Mostly all faculties have done Masters in their respective fields and their are also some faculty that have done PHDs in their respective branches. The duration of this course consist of 4 years , that means there are total 8 SEMESTER . One can easily pass with flying colours if he/she attend the lectures sincerely.

yes our college prepares students for off-campus also . They motivates to apply for pre-placement also during 2/3yd year and also encourages us to take interships through workshops. The following are the companies where students has done their summer internships:- AFCONS, GAMMON, INFOTECH solutions , BSNL, THOMSON REUTERS, THE GEEK PRESS , MUTECh and many more.

Yes , there are many placements opportunities that given by are college. The following are the companies were students underwent for summer internships are RELIANCE, GAMMON , THOMSON REUTERS, BSNL INFOTECH solutions and many more. Specially their is more opportunities for computer engineering and IT engineering students. There is also a placement cell in our college where tranining and placements are done. Last year the highest package was about 10 lakhs. And the eligibility for placements is that graduation precentage must be 60% and above.

Since the college fees are 1,17,000/- per year, if one have financial problems then there are some financial assistace for OBC , SC/ST quota students . And for general students their comes EBC Quota scholarships where 50% of the college fee is waived off . And the most vital things for EBC Quota SAcholarship students is that the students must secure the admission through online mode/ CAP process , the family annual income should be less than 8 lakhs and should have domicile certificate of maharashtra.

One can never forget the campus life, and the memories that is created in our college fests. There are many fests that our college conduct are Vyro , junior vyro , tantrotsav ,Tahuko, aurora, IEEE paper presentations . Among Which the Vyro fest is the heart our are college because it represent that at national level and aurora fest is for college students that include sports and cultural events . There are so many organizations and committees that are run by college students are Rotary club , NSS , CSI, speak club , organic farming, CESA.
