Remarks

I had taken the admission through online mode on the JEE score. The admission process is easy. This college was recommended by my friend. The environment and the infrastructure of the college are good. The faculty are very helpful.

I am doing B.Tech in Computer Engineering. The faculty-student Ration is 1:8/9. The teaching staff at the college are very good. They help you to get the concept clearly. Most of the faculty are M.Tech graduate. Total there is 8 semester in this course in 4 years. Each year consist of 2 semesters. We can easily pass our semester by attending the lecture.

Course Fees: INR 117000 per year

Placement Experience

Yes, there are placement opportunities in our college especially in the field of IT and computer. Our college encourages us to take an internship. If help us to prepare for the future. We can apply for pre-placement for 3 years. Last year the highest package was 10 lakh.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college fee for B.Tech is around 1,17,000 for all the field. For financial assistance, there is OBC/SC/ST quota. For EBC Scholarship you must have secured your admission through online mode and family income should be below 8 lakh and domicile of Maharashtra .there is no job assistance on campus.

Campus Life

Campus life is quite impressive. They have activeness in all the activities. The environment conditional around the college is good. There are college fest like vyro, junior. vyro organized by the student council and the participation is all over Mumbai. There are so many organizations and committees like NSS, CSI and retract club.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. College with Dream Life

I chose this college because of the course - AiMl. Not much colleges were offering this branch and also this college had a lower bracket of percentile too.
