Entrance Preview

I had given IIT JEE exam and scores 52 marks.i wanted somaiya vidyavihar or KJSIEIT because i had done junior college from kjs CSC and like the campus and atmosphere of the college .

Internships Opportunities

Internship is offered for various period of time starting from 1 day internship to 30 days . The notice about internship is frequent but most internship is paid.i.e. student has to pay for internship and then has to go and learn in the internship .Internship has many varieties like one in central railway for 7 days other in door darshan for 1 day and many more.

Placement Experience

Placement has been good since some years almost every student get selected if they are eligible. The main recruiters are accenture, infosys and tata consultancy services,these three companies recruit in bulk and average salary per annum would be 3.25 lakhs.apart from this there are companies like godrej, barclays,SMG Convonix, L & T Technology Services Limited,Blue Star Limited,Grofers India Pvt. Ltd.,and many many more .

College Events

Our college has one cultural fest and one technical fest and a mini technical fest is also conducted , our cultural fest name is "SURGE" which is conducted in february and it is huge , our technical fest name is "RENAISSANCE" which is conducted in the month of september in which every technical committee in our college takes part and makes the fest big bigger and biggest and from two years a small technical fest.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship are available from many trusts and comaiya trust itself also . The scholarship ranges from 10,000 to half tuition fee . Loans are easily granted by bank so it is flexible and easy .

An Honest Review

Placement Experience:

The Campus placement of VNIT Nagpur is good enough. Students of 7th and 8th semesters are elegible for campus placement. Many companies visited in the campus some prominent names were google, Microsoft, amazon, Goldman Sachs, and many core companies such as bajaj, HPCL,BPCL etc. the number of offers made was 760 in 2024 and placement percentage was around 80 percent.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college are pretty good considering the Fact that mostly its the Top 2000-3000 students from Maharashtra that make it to this college. The average Package offered in the college is Around 11LPA while the highest package last year was around 48LPA. The names of the Top companies that have recruited students from my college include Adobe, Amazon and Mastercard. The placement percentage from the past few years has been above 90%. My plans after getting the Degree is either to continue my Cricket Career as a Proffesional or to become a Commercial Pilot.
