sibm Pune is one of the best institutes for pursuing mba in India. the offline admission process is very transparent and simply stick consisting of a group evaluation a written ability test and a personal interview with an extempore. out of all the college calls but I had its ibm Pune was the best and it got converted in the first merit list.

I have chosen human resource management as my major as I am very passionate about this field and its SIBM Pune is decent in Human Resource Management.The student-faculty ratio might be around 1: 10 Most of the faculty have PhDs. The teaching method consists of case studies and relevant example discussions along with experiential learning. The exams due to the coronavirus pandemic were held online and some of the subjects were fairly easy while some of them were difficult

Many top companies have come for placements with competitive salaries. Roles vary across marketing, operations, finance, and human resources as well as some general management roles. most of the internships take place in locations such as Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, etc.

The Summer internship placements begin in the first semester and see almost 100% of the students getting placed. A lot of top companies visit the campus for placements. I plan to pursue a job in the domain of human resources management after passing out from my college.

The group discussion topics consist mainly of story formation and the interview questions mostly revolve around current affairs general and static knowledge questions as well as questions from work experience.
