Remarks

Choose to study in this because of following reason including location of MIET, career guidance for the students is outstanding and academics wise I like it alot and there is an excellent support for research in our college and faculties are really outstanding in every aspect. Im very proud to be a part of MIET. Thanks to my faculties and colleagues.

Course Curriculum Overview

My branch is computer science, and faculty members of our branch are really good and helpful. They also conduct extra classes for academically weak students and try hard for the students. Our college is affiliated to AKTU Lucknow, which is a government university and follows its course curriculum, which is good.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 250000 per year

Placement Experience

The average number of students get placed from our college but only from the CSE and IT branches, but placements for other branches are not much good. Good companies like TCS and Wipro also visited here for placements. The average salary package offered here is around 2 LPA, and it is higher for some students.

College Events

The infrastructure of our college is average, but the labs are good well equipped. Everything is available, but the infrastructure of classrooms and hostel is average. Heard from hostilities that the food served in the hostel is average and not that good, but the food served in the canteen is fine. Sports and games are mainly played by hostel students as day scholars don't get much time to play.

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college are average and the students get decent packages. Students are eligible for the placements from the very beginning from the 7th semester. The companies visiting hbtu are samsung, exxonMobil, TCS, FMCG, IBM, Hindustan Unilever, Global Logic, Adobe, Paytm, HCL technologies, Nestle, Asian Paints, Britannia and Dabur etc. The highest placement was 32 lpa while the average was 7 lpa last year . Last year almost 75% of the students were placed. My plans are to take a good placement from the college and side by side i'm working on my startup idea as well .

Placement Experience:

Usually after 3rd sem, students star getting internships. And for compaines visiting our college, except amazon (they blacklisted us). Almost every top companies do visit the college. Highest package was 59LPA, and the average for cse is 12-13Lpa. 99% students get placements. Many students goes abroad for mtech after graduating from snu, i'd like to do the same but after getting a year or two job experience.

the college is good and affordable fees for all

the placement of college is good because mid of 7th semester company visit in a campus and many comapnies are come in college like maruti suzuki, TATA, HERO motors,schlumberger ,crompton,tricolite ,cummins ,etc 40-50 company visit in campus and the heighest package is 12lpa and lowest is 3.6 lpa and the student have 60% in average of all 6 semester and 90% student have placed after the degree my plan is a good rank in GATE and masters from IIT colleges
