Course Curriculum Overview
I'm student of BA LLB and after taking admission to the college I've devloped various things inside me it helped me for choosing courses for further and the academics is also great. My course is of 5 years consisting 10 semester and 20 examinations.
Placement Experience
University of petroleum and energy studies is quite famous as it has the past record of 98% placement in which avarage package is 5-7 lakhs. Talking about internships I'm in first year so can't tell you much, but the college provides internship to intrested students.
College Events
Uurja, ignite, moot court competition, etc. Uurja is celebrated in the month of October or November, which is celebrated for 2 days and on both days any famous celebrity comes. Ignite is an cultural programme celebrated in February month, moot court is like technical fest for law students.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee is expensive compared to other colleges. Total fee For my course (BA LLB) is 15.28 lakhs. They several mode of payment like upi, NEFT, bank transfer, card payment, cheque etc. There other fees like security money. etc. Yes the college provides transparency in the fee breakdown.
Fees and Financial Aid
No, i haven't opted for loan. College provides scholarship for 1st year students who scored 90% + in ther 12th standard. Which is 50% off fees for 1st semester.
Campus Life
The campus life is full of joy and happiness, students are friendly and helpful with each other. Not an single student feel lonley there, campus is surrounded by beautiful mountains and rivers, which provides very pleasant atmosphere. The gender ratio is 3:2
Hostel Facilities
No, I haven't opted for college hostel, but I can tell you, for boys there is 3 sharing room (non AC) for which you have to pay 1.6 lakhs washroom is not attached its common washroom, same as for girls, but girls have option of AC room for INR 1.8 lakhs. No attached washrooms.
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors are very helpful to freshers they always guided me for wrong and right. They always supported me in every situation.
Admission
I've got the admission through entrance test, once you qualify for entrance you'll be called for GD and PI after that the selection is based on merit. And then you be called to the college for further process which includes seat booking followed by registration then the fee payment
Faculty
Our course plan is given to us at the starting of semester, which we follow throughout the whole semester. on an average 1 subject is of 4 credit course 36-48 classes. The faculty members are also very well qualified and helpful too. All of them are expert in every term.
