Remarks

Great Exposure, Excellent Placements, Relaible Faculty,Great environment, Flexible lecture schedule.It is a great college since it has great alumni network. Also it is included in the Institute of eminence so that is a big thing. And it gives tough competition to IITS/NITS

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is great. I chose this course because I was interested in coding. The faculty is great some professors are lazy but most of them are well and good. Term exams are good to test our skills.

Placement Experience

Placements are great at my campus.It is known for its placement. Many big tech Giants such as Google, Microsoft, Facebook all come to my campus. They offer great packages and give around 10-50 lakhs package depending upon the skill of the students.

College Events

Life at campus is absolutely great. We can a lot of great students from all over the India. The vibe itself it great. You get to see people one greater than the other.All of them are master in one skill or the other. There are many clubs and we can join as many as we want.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees structure is high but it supports it's students by giving scholarships. If we score good in our term exams we will get scholarships. The scholarship I get is MCN- Merit cum need. I got 80% scholarship now. So if you score good you get scholarships.

Admission

Yes I did give BITSAT. The course for BITSAT is Physics, Chemistry, Maths of +1 and +2. You just have to have clear basics of all the chapter and you can score good in BITSAT. After scoring good there is counseling and then if you get selected you get a mail from them of you getting selected.

In our college the students are elgible to sit in campus placement from third year , there comes a lot of companies in our college which comes here for placement drive and some for providing internship .Some of the companies that comes in our college are L&T, Deloitte , Capegemini, Reliance , TCS , TCE, Wipro, Infosys, miniorange, Berger paints ,Amazon etc . The highest package from this college is of 44 LPA which was from CSE branch and given by Amazon and the average package ranges around 6.5 LPA for almost every branch . Every year almost 80 percent of students get placed around here and some of them leaves placement for further studies and also some took admission in many premier institutes for getting higher education.

From fourth year the students become eligible for campus placements And before that you have to go for outside placements by students himself only companies visited like Microsoft Zomato and all no Google and number of companies are not very good only mass recruiters are there like three L package tcs and old highest package is around 53 lakhs by Microsoft last year in 2023 and 4 academic year percentage of getting placements is like around you can say out of 100 4040 will get placement Every package is around 5 according to the chorus but I know it is around 3 lpa In reality I am pre paying for gate exam right now let us see what happened

I selected this college over other colleges due to its legacy, exposure and opportunities. The freedom to traverse through multiple domains and it's flexible academics. I had applied to almost all biotech, bio engineering related colleges to get into health sector domain. I did not get rejection from any of the colleges. The exposure given for finance and Entreprenurship in BITS Pilani is well over what an average engineering college might provide you . They offer a minor option using which one can sit in finance placements with companies like UBS Deutsche Bank , Jane Street and many more .The admission process for BITS includes the BITSAT exam which is an MCQ based exam . I chose BITS Pilani over other colleges due to its academic flexibilitym vibrant culture, zero reservation and merit based admission process. I had confirmed admissions from other colleges such as DTU but I opted for BITS primarily because of it Practice School program and the autonomy it offers in shaping your academic journey.
