The college is NBA accredited. The department saff's are well qualified. Also it has a very good lab infrastructure. Basketball team of our college is one of the best in the University. Placement offers from a good number of reputed companies with quality job offers. Other sports disciplinary doesn't have much support from the management. Mechanical Engineering is a vast subject. We can switch to any sides like management or any other technical area after completing the course. Faculties are well qualified and one to one attention is always possible. Exams and Assignment test are conducted in a periodical basis, no matter though the teaching has changed to an online platform. Many techno-culturtal events are also being conducted inside the department.

Campus placement is very good in the college. Most of the reputed companies recruit students from the college. TCS, Byju's, Carestack, Infosys, Amazon and many other companies visit the college for recruitment. Last year 192 students were placed with more than 200 offers with a wide variety of salary packs. The college has a "Placement Cell" solely working for placements of students in the college. Also we have placement hours along with the regular subject sessions.They help us with Aptitude Coaching and GD's for interview. Placement programs starts from the 6th semester and you would be prepared by the college. Try to build a strong resume before that. I would like to work in a company after my degree completion.

Every year an annual intercollegiate Technical Fest named Vyapti is conducted. This year we planned for a Techno-Cultural fest called Sreshta. But due to pandemic it didn't happen. Apart from that there is a department day celebration.NSS Unit in the college is a very good platform to help you develop interpersonal skills in which I am a part. Many organisations like SAE ASME IEDC has there chapters in the college running in full swing with many interdisciplinary technical events. Library of our college is a very big one having books and journals of both Indian and Foreign authors that is very much helpful for studies. Also the college have a computer lab purely for students enhancing E-learning. Both library and Computer lab are open after the college hours. Classroom are perfect sized with good furnitures and projector in every one of them. Laboratories have good equipments. Annual Sports Day is conducted every year. The basketball team is one of the best in the University. Other disciplines doesn't have much support from college.

The college has a scholarship policy according to the 12th standard marks different for CBSE and Kerala State Syllabus starting from 34500 p.a. But once your semester exam marks go below a minimum martks set by the college it increases in a step by step manner.

Hostel rooms are very good with 4 people sharing a room. Restroom and hostel premises are kept clean. No issues with water and electricity. Food quality is a little bad. Veg & Non-Veg food is available in a periodical basis. Registration can be done either with the college admission for first years or at any time is possible. Ladies hostel is within the college compound. Men's hostel is out of the college compound but very close to the college. Locality is appealing with no pollution u

No such interviews, but yes we would be given an opportunity to meet with the Principal, Head of Department and other Staffs. In the meeting you would be asked about your preference of the particular branch over other and friendly intertactions. Also the bridge course helps us to understand the college, classrooms, labs and teachers. A good KEAM score will definitely find a seat in the college.
