Remarks

First of all Ravenshaw University is not far from my home it's nearly my home and I can easily afforded the daily travel. So this the main reason. And secondly, Ravenshaw University is one of finest and old institutions. Thirdly, The admission process was easy and the fees was not more than any other universities and institutions. Fourthly, I recommended those people who living in Cuttack or In Odisha they can apply and if you selected then, study in Ravenshaw University and it's good for odia medium students and also English medium.

Basically I wanted to study in Ravenshaw University at any cost no matter what stream, so I chosen political science, and facilities was very liberal and familiar and in class nearly 40 out 64 attended. About exam it's happen In November- December 14 around and then June - July. It's not very difficult to pass, simple you already have 8 out of 10 marks in mid term exam. And rest of 40 marks was easily conducted, if you seriously study and I guarantee that you never beleow 60%.

Look I am a social science student I did not know about campus placement but, I heard about some news when I study in Ravenshaw 2017-18, the campus placement and some companies come and selected students.

There are several annual programme and hostel programme like Ganesh Puja, celebrate Holi and many more Yes there are available of library which was finest library. There are big sports ground and volleyball ground. And especially there was part which was owned by OCA, which Ranji trophy match playing there.

Fee Structure And Facilities

There specially so many kinds of scholarship available for different concept, SC/ST Can go through the ODISHA POST MATRIC SCHOLARSHIP. And there also Medhaburti which can apply all categories (parents income below 2lak).

Hostel Facilities

All are available there your necessity. Hostel room was absolutely good and meal system was very good and also better girls. And there are lot of stuff you found.

Hostel Fee: INR 7500 per year

Admission

No, I never face any gd or pi but some kind of process or certificate verification. GD/PI only for p.hd and m.phil course. If you pass the entrance or written exam then you final process that was GD OR PI IN P.HD AND M.PHIL.

The curriculum is now updated since it became a University, so its more relevant to industry now but still we have to do extra courses for coding. Exams happen every few months—2 internals and one end-sem. They are not very easy, you actually need to study to pass without backlogs

The placements of my college is good. This year 75% of the students are already placed with an average package of 8LPA . The highest package till now for this year is 22LPA. Many companies have visited for the placements and 100+ offers have been made. Companies like BNY, Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Bain& Company, High Radius, TCS, EY, PWC and many more of them have visited the campus.

Ravenshaw; a scenario to experience.

I hadn't applied for any other college because my university is the best institute for higher studies in Odisha and I wasn't supposed to go anywhere out of the state. Ravenshaw is the best

I am student of adisha bord in 12th. Basically i choose to do bsc chemistry honours . I give 5 colleges for selection .
