Remarks

I had to do b. Sc agriculture and wanted a college nearby me so had to choose. I took admission in august 2017 and by just searching on google for b. Sc agriculture I got this as an option so chosen. Please don't prefer if you want to make a good carrier in agriculture stream.

Course Curriculum Overview

I wanted a college near my place. The ration is 18:600.qualification max. PhD and min MSc. Only 2 Or 3 teachers teaching is good as faculty keeps on changing every 6 months. And the good teachers just go. Mst 2 times in 6 months and final exam in 5 or 6 months of the semester. It's not that difficult to pass if you how to memorise things quickly.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Placement Experience

In there 3rd and 4th year are eligible. Mostly 1 - 2% of students getting placed. There are many companies like Infosys, amazon, John deere, Wipro, Microsoft and etc. The average package offered is 6.08 LPA. I have to clear govt Exams.

Fees and Financial Aid

30000/ semester and there are study loans and till now didn't get placed as first of all drives come of other branches so preference is mostly of other department students. Mostly 1 or 2 drives comes from agriculture.

Campus Life

In library books are available and sometimes not, the annual fest is every 2 years, tech fest is conducted in the month of September to October. Sports day is every year. Other sports activities are done side by side outside the campus by the sports teacher. There is no such club, group.

A genuine review of LPU university specially for agriculture students

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to sit in placements after 7th semester , there's interview based skill classes from 1st semester , for agriculture students companies like itc agro , dhanuka , corteva visit for in campus placements . Average package for agri students is 5-6 lakhs , nearly 75-80% students get placement offers . I'm planning to do buisness after my graduation or takeover my family buisness .

Life in PAU

Placement Experience:

During last semester students become eligible for placements. Companies visited are Relaince, HDFC BANK, Swiggy, Godrej foods ltd. and many more. Avg package is around 6-7 lakhs per annum. students max dont go for placements they rather go for masters degree. My plans are to become an entrepreneur.

Remarks:

It's give lots of opportunity for students. Teachers are so experienced. Everything is so good environment, students, infrastructure. it is one of largest University of India.
