My campus experience.

Our university and departments are nice, but they could have much more faculty facility and guest faculty option it would be nice if the are providing the research facility as well for further studies.

For my course there was three layered entrance exam, my score was decent that's why I got admission. Why I selected this college is due to its Infrastructure, library, availability of good faculty and 24 hours studio facility etc.

Course curriculum is Good and helpful for further studies our course include both practical as well as theoretical class there is core and elective subject we have field work and final dissertation which helps a lot for further studies we get idea for the research methodology etc.

For my course there is no internship offered as per curriculum, yet my friends have gone for internship as per faculties suggestion. I will also going for internship in coming break.

Placement and job opportunity of our course is very much different as we are from art field it work different from normal professional ways. We have so many job option and opportunity as per our interest so for placement we cannot stick to normal jobs. still we get some option like photography,design and curation options.

We have so many events in our campus we have cultural events of SPIC MACAY, Sports tournament events of cricket, football, tennis etc yoga,karat-ta other martial art practice cultural annual events, seminar and debates are happening regularly in our campus and also we have annual display of final year students.

Since we are under central government University,our fees structure is really reliable. We have 4 semester and it around 3,000 per semester. Which include the lab fee, tuition fee, exam fee, hostel fee,health insurance, internet fee etc we had some what 5000 initial deposit which included so many fees.

There is some scholarship for Students by central government who have less than two lakhs annual income its is nice.

Campus life is really awesome here in Hyderabad Central University we do have friends from difference friends from different part of ours country and also foreign exchange student coming in our department. I never noticed any racial or gender discrimination as such here debates, seminar and other activities here are very much active and resourceful.

Hostel facility is good and mess is also okay we have Hostel allotted as 2 students per hostel.Since we are under central government the hostel fees is cheap and mess fee is con-vincible IN mess we have north Indian ans south Indian mess option, it seems okay for me.

Alumni and senior students are of-course helpful we have groups in social network but we must have regular meeting once in 2 year.

Exam Structure of my course have both practical and theoretical construct. Its Not hectic but we have schedule and deadline which helps us to complete everything in time and helps us the managing the time for our exams, we have both internal and external Internal will be 40% and 60% external written Internal we have 3 option in which best 2 counts and external we have written/practical.

For my course MFA Art history there was three layered entrance Exam, my course is theory cum practical which need both practical,technical and theoretical knowledge students are First filtered objective type exam. Selected student after that entrance are then again filtered by written essay question and lastly we had face to face interview with question.

Faculty of our department are well qualified faculties are expert and practicing their area of subject along with the teaching. Some of the faculties have studied from abroad and very much resourceful and cooperative personals. Our faculties are different in their taste and practice so we are also having great use of that diverse taste and knowledge.
