I would like to thank the management and the college for giving me a wonderful college life experience. I have not only learned about myself, the college environment has made me take part in various activities that I had never thought I would.

I opted for this college because this college is ranked as top college in Hyderabad and is one of the best college in the twin cities which allows a overall development of an Individual. There was no entrance exam for the course I took. I got admission based on merit.

This was a 2 year course which was divided into 4 semesters. Each semester had different subjects to offer and I personally have gained lot of knowledge with regards to the various subjects offered in this course. In the 3rd semester there were 2 options for the specialization - counseling psychology and organizational psychology. Research was included in the curriculum from the 1st semester. In the 1st semester the basics of research was taught and in the 3rd and 4th semester each student had to submit a research work (dissertation) for the credits.

Depending upon the course the students have to completed certain number of internship hours. Internships can be either applied from the college placement cell or we can look out for other companies that provide internship. Top companies like Dell, Delliote, De Shaw, Wipro, Amazon, etc offer internship programs. Stipend depends on each company.

Every year around 400-500 students are placed based on campus recruitment. Top companies every year come for placements. Companies like Wells Fargo, Franklin Templeton, Wipro, De Shaw, Dell, Delloite, Amazon, Wipro, Regalix and other companies offer placement. All students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies offer CTC of 2.5 lacs - 3.5 lac for freshers.

Each department in my college has a club. Every club organizes different events all though the year for the college where each students get to take part. Each club also is given to organize certain events based on the important days like celebration of Independence Day, Republic Day, then creating awareness during suicide prevention day etc. Apart from this there is much awaited fest inter college or intra college fest that is organized by all the clubs together.

Compared to other colleges I feel the fee structure is less. The fee can be paid every semester instead of paying at once. The fee for masters is 1-1.3 lac for entire course. It is not expensive I think. I am not aware about the fee structure for undergraduate courses and other pg courses.

I know my college offers scholarships for outstanding students. But I am not aware of the scholarship details.

There are around 3000 students in the college including the graduation and post graduation. It is a women's college. College campus is good and the has a very nice infrastructure. There is no discrimination against race, religion, politics or economic status. There are movie stars daughters too who have passed out from this college. The environment is very friendly and all the students are helpful and approachable. There is indoor stadium which allows not just sports students but other students to take part in various sports activities. There are inter college competitions too held in my college. Apart from all these there are many events and activities organized by different clubs for students along with the college fest.

There is hostel facility for outstation students. As far as I know it is sharing of rooms. Other details of the hostel I am not aware of. Incase the hostel seats are few then PG's rent could vary from Rs 3000 - Rs 5000 per month based on the location of the PG and the kind of sharing basis.

College has created many alumni network. One of it is P interest. All the college students and alumni are registered. The alumni committee arranges picnic for all the alumni students and there is a alumni meet organized every year where one can meet the seniors and build contact and network with them.

Exams are stressful everywhere. There were practical exams and theory exams. Practicals and theory exams though seem to be stressful they would go very smooth. Every course have 2-3 practicals each semester. End of the day the satisfaction of completing records leaves you really happy.

Notification was put up on the college website with regards to the admission. I went to the college campus and took the application for Masters in Applied Psychology. These days with advanced technology application forms can be downloaded from the college website directly. Once, I collected the application form submitted it along with the photo copies of my previous educational certificates. Once the application was submitted date for the interview was announced. An interview was conducted for the course taken. Based on the Interview and merit admission was given.

Every faculty in this college is highly qualified. The faculty allotted to the subjects have very good knowledge on the same. They use the modern teaching methods along with the traditional ones to teach. The faculty also arranges a guest lecture for their particular subjects. The Guest lecturers are brought in from outside college and are subject expertise who give more insight on the subject. The faculty also conducted slip tests and gives assignments.
