Entrance Preview

MH-CET , Location n less fees was the reason. Cut off of previous years were high. Everything was so tempting before admissions.

Internships Opportunities

No. They don't provide internship. There is no such provision. Overall experience is really poor. I won't recommend anybody for this college.

Placement Experience

3

This year it was good. Many companies came. But not A grade companies. Some companies wanted bond. Even MR i.e. sales jobs were offered. Not so happy with this 2 to 3.1 Lpa were offered. Some of those who got selected aren't yet joined. College needs to improve this. Our times Tpo was really nice n helping. Even after passing out she is helping to those who haven't got jobs.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is some Muslim scholarship offered by government in which students receive 50% fees.Don't know if college offer any scholarship on Their own.

Exam Structure

We had tutorials only in first year every week. Later no tutorials. We have 2 term tests in each semester. For each term test we used to get Question bank. Term test paper was based on it. If you get less than 8/20 you need to write retest. Which will have same question or sometimes they change it. If you miss term test 1 then after term test 2 there will be retest of failed tests before submissions.

Admission

Through CAT . I got this college in first list. Once you're allotted a college you have to go there. I went to college n did regular admission process. Filling college form. Document submissions, payments. It's a easy process when you have all documents complete and clear.

The campus placement is decent in the college as compare to other colleges of the city . many companies visited the college every year to hire the skillful engineers from the college and offer them a good amount of package. The option of the offcampus palcement is also there for the students of the other colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Soo ever since kid i was interested in bikes this interest was all for me to take this course , my father is very bike enthusiast and it came down to me , i could easily take mechanical and other engineering cause these are common courses which involves automobile , but since i wanted to follow my passion , i wanted to do specialization in automobile itself and DPCOE was offering this course with great facilities and knowledge providing us a path in this lane of career in this field. According to me curriculum prepares us quite well as they conduct workshop which are relevant to outside world where we'll be working. If there were more practical workshops for us to work on would be great cause automobile engineering is all about practicals rather than theoroticals Professor should try teaching in physical part rather than taking lectures and explaining the concept by just words

Placement Experience:

Yes there is placement cell of STES which is no different than other tier 3 engineering colleges offering a tier 3 average package depending on who is the recruiter. Students become eligible for campus from 3rd year of their degree. Highest package is something around 55 lakhs offered to a computer engineering student, and average is just like I said for a tier 3 college 5-6 lakhs(above or below). Almost everyone gets placed in the company but some might not.
