I have written my PTPG entrance exam which was a entrance test to get admission into this university. The seats were limited and i secured 38 rank and i got admission into Advance Manufacturing Systems branch.

This course was a 3 Year course which comprises of 6 semesters and each semester had 3 subjects and one lab and in those 3 subjects for the course specialisation you opt u had to take one subject as compulsory and the other 2 as electives . But since the strength was limited to 30 and availability of teaching faculty resources the university had decided.

Yes the university provide internship for the Ph.D students and even for the PG students in helping out with the projects outside the college and they have MOU with many MNC companies. If the student got the admission by qualifying the GATE exam the government provides the stipend for the student a minimum of 12000 to 15000 per month.

Placements starts from the final year starting itself and almost every student has a minimum 2 offers having a dream company to work in his hand and even the college has restricted for allowing the students those who got the placements so that others are eligible in getting placed.

Many Technical events happen through out the Year. Starting with Freshers Day and starts with cultural fest and then technical events conducted my each branch and the paper presentations and mini work shops followed my guest lectures and then Annual day and then followed by Graduation day and internal work shops and many certifications offering to the students.

Fee Structure is 15000 per semester and every odd year they collect the college development fee of 3000 extra. This is same for all the 3 years. Compared to the fee charged in the colleges this fee is feasible enough to manage and even students . Who qualify the GATE exam and get admission they even get stipend and government has waived of fee for the students whose yearly income is less than a lakh and also fee has been waived of for the reserved students.

Yes, Scholarship is provided for the students who do extremely good in the academics and also loan facility is provided by the banks with low interest rates. And people get reservations and get admissions with variety of reasons like some get in sports quota and some get PH quota so government provides scholarship to all of those students.

Since getting admission to this university is not easy and students. All over india complete for this exam so students from different states are there in the college and the gender ratio is 60:40 to boys and girls. Since this college is filled with mixed religions college celebrate every event and extracurricular events are celebrated by students with great ease.

Since its is an University exam structure is 40 marks for internals and 60 marks for externals for which scoring would be easy if u score more in the internals so u get the better aggregate score.

PTPG entrance exam notification was held in April and exam was conducted in mid of May and results were announced in June first week and counselling was held in the mid of July. Limited seats were there around 90 and there were 3 different specialisations each of 30 seats and i secured 38 rank so finally i got the seat in Advance Manufacturing Systems.

The university faculty are highly experienced and they are all professors and some of them are even having Doctorates. They have an over all experience of minimum 15 years of teaching experience and they are mostly available in the campus handling different projects like mentoring the Ph.D students helping the seniors in projects and they are mostly available in the staff room.
