Gives more Opportunities to hunt for the Knowledge

KIIT University provides excellent education along with all-round development of an individual. Apart from the regular studies, it gives great importance to Industry-related activities. We get to interact with legend Industrialists very often. The only thing I don't like about college is that it doesn't offer lucrative placement offers. The admission process starts after the declaration of 12th class results by major educational bodies. We are supposed to apply online before the due date and appear for the online entrance exam. Our marks in 12th along with marks in entrance exam decides the rank in the university. Its application is free so it receives so many applications. One can find solutions regarding their college admission process on the website of the university as well as various groups on Facebook.

I chose BBA to major in. BBA gives ample opportunity to an individual who wants to progress in the management field. All the subjects in this course are designed very well and various workshops and special classes by industrialists are held occasionally. Almost all the professors in BBA are young except a few of them. They teach by giving real-life business examples. All the professors are graduates from top universities. We have two main exams every semester- mid-term and end-sem apart from regular tests.

Internships are offered to every student from 5th semester onwards. We are given a chance to work with tech companies which helps us to gain industry knowledge. we also get a stipend from the companies we work for. The roles offered under an internship is that of a small tech-help to the companies.

As per my 1 year of experience at the college, I can tell that many reputed companies visit our university for recruiting BBA graduates. But the pay scale they offer is not up to the mark. An average of 6-7 LPA is offered to an able graduate from commerce and management field.

The fee structure of KIIT University is a little bit tight and not easily affordable by lower-middle-class families. However, one can apply for loans or apply for a scholarship at the university. The total fees per semester are nearly 40k which is different for all the students. One can contact the administrator to get a scholarship or apply for education loan through the college which will reduce the interest rate on college's recommendation.

All the classrooms are air-conditioned and have all sorts of teaching requirements in them. The annual fest of the university is organised grandly and awards for various competitions held throughout the year are distributed on the event. Sports Competition is held categorising various sports activities. We have a few groups on Social Media and also in the college for looing after different aspects.

After getting selected in the entrance test, we get mail from the college to attend the interview. They ask us about our personal lifestyle and questions on business activities. They also give emphasis on the principles we had studied in the commerce field in both 11th and 12th classes. Few general questions about current economic conditions and current affairs.
