Remarks

This college was in the top 10 colleges I put in my list of colleges. The reason I chose this college was the quality of teaching, the big campus, ample of extracurricular activities, friendly environment and the good job placement opportunities.

Course Curriculum Overview

Th course curriculum is set by the University of Mumbai for all the colleges. It is set with aim of providing all round education to the students. My college did a great job of implementing it and making sure all the students are able to lean and implement the knowledge. The faculties were friendly najd understaing except for a few, which I think are present in every college.

Course Fees: INR 114000 per year

Placement Experience

The college offers many good job opportunities for all the four branches. There are many big companies that visit the college for placements. The placement rate of the college is about 100% with all the students getting placed in some company or the other. The college hosts 3 types of companies, normal, dream and super dream company. The students can apply to these based on the company criteria.

College Events

The college has two festivals, one cultural and one technical. The cultural one includes all the cultural activities and competitions like dance, singing, etc. The technical fest is more focused on highlighting the intellectual capability of the students. It also has various talks by many big personalities.

Campus Life

We have 4 wings A, B, C and D. With a big football ground, a small basketball court and another concrete ground which also seconds as a parking lot. A good and affordable canteen is also present.

Not so good this year. But previously many companies like wipro , HCl , Schneider , TCS , technologics , BEL and many other visited to our college Highest package in our college is 18LPA for mechanical branch. Average package is around 4-5LPA

Truth of Don Bosco institute of technology Bangalore

Definately i choosen the wrong college because I don't have options because I wrote Jee mains and I scored 89 percentile but I am from general category since I have no reservation the cut off missed by 1 percentile I was hoping that I will clear jee die to that I didn't concentrate on kcet due to that it came the worst result so I was getting only civil, mechanical by kcet that to same college Don Bosco Bangalore college then I applied for comed k in that I got ok ok result but there my bad luch in 1st round I got Swami Vivekananda College Puttur , in 2md doubt Don Bosco institute of technology so I hope that in 3rd round some how I will get upgrade but didn't get in COMEDK if u got ill 3rd round then the fees is not refunded so there is no option...Read More
