Remarks

Should improve the college internships for the final year of all degrees reduce the expenses in the college as much as possible then all kinds of families can afford the money to live and survive at VIT.

Entrance Preview

VITMEE-2008 I got rank around 576 my friend suggested me to study at this college really, its a big positive to choose VIT I got a placement very good labs at VIT, etc.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

The course structure was good from a research point of view. You can prepare yourself to grow on your own. It's up to the interest levels of you. Some subjects are extremely great to focus on research. for example, I have a course called switched-mode power converters, Analysis of power electronics using MatLab/Pspice. To this day I can use these tools to survive in this field because of better resources provided by VIT.

Internships Opportunities

Of course, the college provides Internship the Internship cum placement will also be there once we prove ourselves we are really worth it for the company as well as for the university. Internships also depend on company market needs, requirements, etc.

Placement Experience

5

This is the first mark for the VIT for placements I have joined VIT because of placements. But there are better studies too. I have grown on my own. I don't require much spoon-feeding to learn. I have the ability to survive myself they placements and jobs are great in any point of view at VIT, if only we maintain the eligibility for the company without much in gaps.

College Events

5

RIVERA is an excellent cultural event at VIT every year conducted in February month. It was really wonderful. Technical workshops, technical guest lecturers, and conferences will be conducted within the college to add to your skills at a resume. Pongal, new year celebrations will be made very good within the college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure will be expensive from bachelors to Masters degrees in all the disciplines. If you score a better rank, you will be having great concession to study at VIT when I study for my master's the tuition fee is Rs 95000 per annum now it was 1 lakh 20 thousand rupees per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

You will be getting an Indian oil scholarship if your income is less than one lakh from your family and that to you from SC/ST/BC caste. You will get a loan from an Indian bank offered by the college with interest rates. you can avail loans from the college branch itself.

Campus Life

5

Campus life is full of greenery. Best birthday celebrations from friends. It has an excellent culture with a gender ratio in diversity. the campus is full of trees, less polluted, you can have more labs, the excellent world-class library you can never get anywhere apart from IIT's, nits. The more competitions such as robotics, debates will be going inside the college. you can participate in your own wish. you can choose which path is really yours.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostel facilities like wifi, AC, self-study in the rooms. All are very excellent features in the self and combined study wise for 4-bedded Room sharing you will be getting 1000 RS rent for each person. It's a reasonable and great cost. You will have a gym and better to play cricket at the ground. You will have a shuttle court to play. It was really excellent sports-wise. you no need to look back if u need more sports. Mess Food is quite better.

Alumni/Alumna

I think they are interacting much better through college alumni they are conducting meet back through alumni is best until now what they do. I feel it's great to meet VIT always anywhere in the world. They are very helpful.

Exam Structure

No, the exams and labs were not frequent leaving you with a hectic day or it was chilled out you will be having CAT-1, CAT-2, CAT-3, and assignments. It will be greatly useful for final exams like term-end examinations exams and labs will be good you can get the dates of the exams before 15 days intimation. The exams are at the right time and lab exams also at the right time to complete the course.

Admission

Through the VIT masters entrance examination I got a rank after getting the rank you can go for counseling whenever they were calling you in the numbers range. That will be very easy to get admission into VIT. you should take all your educational original certificates with you VIT Rank xerox copy can be taken along with you.

Faculty

4

The faculty is good but do not expect like from IIT's and NIT's every college have their own standard and capability to guide and educate the students. It depends on students thinking levels too the faculty can teach in their own passion that students should catch that point. Don't estimate their growth and standards and comments etc. That will not be better for student's growth. I felt the faculty is good in my point of view.
