Remarks

This college has a good infrastructure. the most factor i like about this college is that it is near to my place. its convinient to go there. The course is the only satisfying factor, you dont have to look for more factors. retail and fashion merchandise.

The course curriculum is so satisfying and unique.They have provided us many useful knowledge to survive on the market. They gives us the knowledge of fabrics, footwear, leather, princciples of design, e-commerse, retail research, and many more to go theri name is so satisfying.

Class Size: 21Course Fees: INR 670000 per year

Placement Experience

opportunity to rock the retail field is very much good. but when we talk about the placement, the result is not much good, most of the companies came with a packae of 20 to 30k per month

College Events

campus is also a big area to walk and hangout. we have our canteen, mess, badminon court, cricket ground, table tennis room, and many indoor games.Our college also organise many events in the college perifiry also, most of the events are only for csmpus as well as sometimes for the campus also.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course cuz the curriculum includea almost everything. Nothing could ever prepare someone for real world applications until unless you step out in the real world itself. The rush before the exams. I wish the teachers would manage it better. The first semester was horrible due to this. The end term exams start almost after a month of mid terms which makes the semester end exam quite difficult.

In college, we used to get many facilities which are necessary for a student. In every way, our school manager sir and other teachers used to cooperate very well so that the children do not face any problem. The children liked their style of teaching very much. Amity is not as bad as you might think.

From the third year you're eligible for campus placement. The placement is not that great as of now since asft is pretty new and they're still fetching companies but there are options. The campus placement advisors are pretty great and helpful. And even if you don't find campus placement, there are a lot of openings now for the same since fashion designing has become pretty popular since the last few years

Reality Of Joining NIFT As A Student.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Interested in footwear design and then lifestyle goods so I opted for leather design. 8 teachers: 29 students in the leather department and 1 lab assignment and also taught by industrial designers. Good quality of education with an upgraded method which is very much practical with the trend. in 6 months I.e in 1 semester = midterm(30) + end term (30) + final jury exam (40). It is a continuous evaluation of a project in which one should present everything in the final jury exam.

FDDI - Not good not bad

I applied for NID, NIFT, IIT, FDDI, JKLU and CHITKARA I did not clear NID ,NIFT, IIT, as my rank was not good for a general seat. I got AIR 13 in FDDI and admission in JKLU AND CHITKARA.
