Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences Hyderabad Campus is very near to my house and it is one of the best campus in India it maintains a brand and it is considered as one of the best private institute in India so I decided to to get into it

Course Curriculum Overview

BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus has a unique course curriculum we are given the flexibility to choose our own course electives and all the courses are updated and modified every year by the respective departments the teachers in this campus are really experienced and very friendly and one of the best teacher I like is Suresh Kumar

Class Size: 132Course Fees: INR 500000 per year

Placement Experience

Placement at Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences Hyderabad Campus is really good top companies like Amazon Flipkart Google Microsoft Intel Dell Lenovo apple and many more big big companies even Infosys visit for placements placement cell helps us a lot regarding the placements had as high as nearly 70 lacs is observed every year

College Events

Campus life is very beautiful I miss my campus a lot now due to this pandemic we are facing a new era of education called as online classes but I missed the first I am is the greenery of the campus we have all kinds of West technique and cultural management sports and we do also have many events going to out the year

Really good all the buildings are maintained neat and clean even the sports facilities are also good the sports club house is really maintained well and we also have all the required equipments and they are mainly new and also maintained well we also have a library and we are given full access to Wi-Fi upto 10 GB a day

the class timings are really flexible that is maximum 5 hours in a day
there are a lot of fun events in college every other day
the male to female ratio is approx 1:1 and both genders jam well with each other

Dislikes

the money factor i would say is one thing which doesnt add up if placements are considered
the freedom provided here might not be the best for everyone u need to have self control over yourself
people here can get too entitled and the pda inside might bother you but you will find your people

the cirriculum is designed in a way such that most of the outdated and uselss things are removed this year and the labs of each subjects help you well enough to dive deeper into the application of the subject . some areas for improvement can be removing unnecessary subjects like manufacturing process for cse students . main exams are held every 3 months and the difficulty is moderate

The faculty is very helpful and they will often clear doubts
There are a lot of fests and lot of opportunities for the students to show their skills
Teaching methods are good and they will always take feedback

Sometimes the subjects are a little bit difficult to cope with
It is mostly research heavy which makes it slightly difficult

Likes

The faculty member are knowledgeable and supportive. They help students in academic as well as practical learning
The College Campus is clean and provide a good learning environment.
The Course curriculum relevant and help students to build professional skills for their future career

Dislikes

Palacement opportunity can be improved by inviting more companies to the campus
More practical workshop and industry interaction.
Some administrative take time and could be made more efficient

Course Curriculum Overview:

The courts circulum covers the basic concept well and helps student understand the subject however some topic we love dated and there should be more focused on practical learning and industry is relevant skills. The exam are conducted regularly and are murdered difficultly over ruled the courts is useful but it can be improved by adding more hands on training and updated content

Journey in Few Words

Likes

The place is not only promoting studies they are also promoting the Talent by organising various events where they learn and develop other skills.
The Girls to Boy ration is good - 40:60.
The campus is also fine not very premium not very bad. If you're a good place in budget constraints you can opt for this.

Dislikes

They are little focused more towards money. for example when there is attendance less than 75% still if Student pay the fees they allow him to sit in exam.
Teachers can be more better. My experience with the staff is not very amazing. A lot of time i corrected some the teachers for certain topics

Placement Experience:

- Here the placements starts in the beginning of the 4 year. Campus placements are offered and it's not bad. Even we'll get some internship opportunities in 4 year before college ends - In my year the highest package is 14LPA in Mahindra

My colleges staffs are very sweet.staff are also help to getting an opportunity
I like my college dress structure their no any boundation
Compus of my college is good and also structure

Dislikes

Girl over boy ratio is very less which also put impact on interaction with another gender
Teaching techniques of over faculty in my college the just scroll the pdf and tell about topics
Result delay is very common problem in my college

Placement Experience:

Form 5 th semester students become eligible for compus placement. Tcs , wipro ,infosys, jk cement, wonder cement these companies visited and they provide average package 4 to 5 lack per year. Through past record highest package is around 33 lack and average package 4 to 5 lack per year Minimum percentage for Good company is 7 cgpa . My plan after getting The degree is i go for masters in technology

An overview of MNIT

Likes

Being a Government national college, the diversity is very vast and it helps us understand about the different communities and cultures.
The college provides very educated professors who help you achieve your passion and enhance your vision. They provide information regarding the books you could refer which usually doesn’t happen in other colleges or universities.
The college assigns a group of 10 students to a particular mentor who guides you not only through technical vision but also in the mental health of the student.

Dislikes

Being a south indian, I wasn’t fluent in hindi. This made a hinderence to my study life. But the professors started explaining each class in english later on after my request
The less number of placements could be an issue
The end time for girls is 10pm which is according to me a decent timing. But I think they should atleast let the parcels come past the college main gate after 10. Because the boys can collect it from there but the girls cannot.

Placement Experience:

There are campus placements provided by the college. Students shall be adopting for placements in their final years. The visited companies are Apple, JP Morgan, Meesho, DE Shaw, Salesforce, Adobe, Airtel, Amazon, Bajaj motors and so on. Highest salary id 64LPA, average is 18.39LPA for the CSE branch. The overall percentage of students getting placed is 82% for both BTech and BArch with an average package of 13.2LPA. I shall be trying to get placed.

The facility members are very supportive
Healthy environment and anti raging college
Studies are also upto the mark and the area of college is so nice

Dislikes

Fees is little bit too high but according to the facility it's pretty good
You have to be punctual or you will be sent home
Always follow rules and regulations and if you don't you will be sent back or asked to leave the college

Placement Experience:

From 6 semester you become eligible for the placement the companies visited the college are the oberoi Uday Vilas trident in many more big companies have visited The highest package after you completed the internship and get the permanent job can be around 18 lakhs per year if you go abroad hand in India you can get up to 10 15 lakhs according to your work you do in the company The percentage of students getting placement as 95% After I get the degree I get the internship from the college and then the placement

Course Curriculum Overview:

The exam is conducted on time. No issues with that. The difficulty can be subjected. 80% of the paper is from the syllabus that is taught. 20% can be there to test your knowledge. Total 3 exams will be there. No semester system. Final exams carry the most weight. Have 20 marks mcq and 80 marks theory.

The exposure given for finance and Entreprenurship in BITS Pilani is well over what an average engineering college might provide you . Honest BITS Pilani (Pilani Campus) Review

I chose BITS Pilani over other colleges due to its academic flexibilitym vibrant culture, zero reservation and merit based admission process. I had confirmed admissions from other colleges such as DTU but I opted for BITS primarily because of it Practice School program and the autonomy it offers in shaping your academic journey. The admission process is through the BITSAT exam, an online test includes Physics, Chemistry and Maths and English and Logical Reasoning. There is no reservation policy.
