Remarks

The only bad part about the college is that it is still under construction, but the classroom and labs are well equipped so your friends from other colleges would have something to tease apart from the construction part,it is a great college,we have a lot of fun here.

Entrance Preview

After my 12th, being in a typical indian family, i was told that i should be doing engineering so as per the process,I took MHT-CET Exams and after scoring 120 i got AC patil college in the CAP rounds.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Instrumentation engineers typically work for industries with automated processes and systems, such as chemical factories and manufacturing plants, with the goal of maintaining and improving system productivity, reliability, safety, optimization and stability. There is hardly any are of engineering , science and technology where instrumentation is not needed hence there is a vast scope in this field.

Internships Opportunities

This is the question most of the 10+2 students are worried i am sorry to disappoint you but our college doesn't provide any internship but they do support us if we wish to take up an internship.

Placement Experience

4

The placement cell in-charge is very dedicated and hardworking he makes sure that he can place as many student as possible. The numbers cant be compared to many major institutes but as far as our college is concerned the number of people getting placed per year is increasing every year. As a result 156 students are placed out of which 80 students were placed before the final exams.

College Events

5

There are technical and cultural festivals conducted. Technical fest is in odd semester and is called 'Vectors' and the Cultural festival is celebrated by the students in even semester and is called 'Rhythms'. Apart from this there are also departmental fest.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee for a year Rs. 85532 per year the fee structure is quite transparent and each and every rupee which you are giving to college is explained in details by the clerical staff also the fee for OBC candidates is around Rs 45000 per year and for the students who are under SC/ST quota, tution fee is free so the fee comes to be less than Rs 6000 per year.

Fees and Financial Aid

No loan or scholarship facility is provided by the college but for anyone who have financial problems, the college supports them and take partial payment throughout the year.

Campus Life

3.5

The college not only supports students for there basic engineering knowledge but also takes care that any students other talent shouldnt be ignored. So by conducting events like debates, robotics, photography contest, rangoli, drawing contest, dance etc, students talent is not brought down by the already pressuring engineering syllabus. It is a nice break for the students where all the students along with the teaching as well as the clerical staff comes together to enjoy such events. I don't know statistical ratio..but according to me the girl to boy ratio would be 40-60.

Hostel Facilities

0.5

For the students who come from the other states would be disappointing as there is no hostel facility provided by the college. But kharghar being a area with maximum colleges PG rooms are very easily available in that area and roommates can also be easily arranged.

Alumni/Alumna

The crowd in general is good but the seniors are really friendly and helpful here, they help you no matter whether you know them or not. Ragging is never entertained in this college.

Exam Structure

We have a total of 750+ computers and well equipped labs we have highly qualified and skilled faculty members handling practicals and theory. Exam structure and labs do not stress us and thus learning is done in more chilled out and fun environment.

Admission

The Mumbai university admission process is very simple after my CET results, 4 CAP rounds are held in which for each round you need to apply for college priority wise so i wanted to do instrumentation as i'm interested in taking any technical course and my father suggested to take instrumentation as it can be used to easily take jobs outside the country.

Faculty

4

In each and every classroom, every student's ideas and opinions are valued. Our faculty's communication are exemplary, whether they are speaking with an administrator, one of the students or college. The lecturer have full know ledge of the subject they are teaching and are capable of clearing any doubt,no matter how twisty the question asked may be.

Sem 6 is considered preferable for the college placement many students starts getting placed from that, many companies like wipro, mahindra & mahindra, tcs, capgemini, etc. visits each year to the college each and every students gets atleast a offer to them few also gets more than one like 2 to utmost 3 also,750+ students got offered at the final year of 2023 if we include internship offer than it goes more than 1200, in campus highest package was 12lacs off campus was 62lacs, (85%)+ of the students gets placed each year in the college. After i get degree i would try for college placements and would also focus parallely for the off campus placements too, and ofc wherever i will get the highest placement i would go for it.
