The best place for the dream college life.

The college management and staffs are really good. They listens to the problems of students and tries to solve them at there best.

I took NATA entrance exam and got qualified and that score for the admission to this college. There is an interview before admission to know our aptitude.

There are a total number of 10 semesters in architecture. Each sem has theory subjects and design projects. There are external juries for design subjects. If u failed in a jury, you will get an year back. In the 7th semester there is an internship. On sem 8, there is urban design and a dissertation. On the final semester there is thesis. No theory paper on the final semester and the 7th semester.

No. The collge doesn't provide any internship. We have to find it by our own using our design portfolios.

No campus recrutement is there in our collge. For internships or jobs we have to find it by our own by sending our portfolios and attending interviews in various firms. If we couldn't find any firm during the sem 7, the teachers will help to find some firm.

All the festival's like onam, Christmas, etc will be celebrated according to the departments and collge will provide the funds for that. There is an at hitectude fest called ' RITI' which is conducted every year. There is also arts fest in our college. We are also having college day and other sports competitions.

Fee structure is bit expensive. Per year architecture fee is 158000. Plus we have other expenses for tour, sheet printouts case study traveling etc. There are no government seats in this collge. We also have to pay refundable deposit of 2 lakhs. For NRI seat you have to give a donation above 6 lakhs.

There are scholarships from our college. Financially backward students are taught here at low fee structure and some eligible students are taught free of cost. On special requests regarding fee payment, the management will extent the duration for fee payments , if it is genuine case .

Campus life is really good. The campus is a very big one. There separate boo is for architecture, engineering and MBA. The boys hostel is also with in the campus. An equal gender ratio is kept by the college. There are arts and sports competitions every year.

The hostel is just ok. The food is not very good. But there is a good canteen in the college. There are many PG's near the college which are not so expensive. A deposit of 5000 has to be paid in hostel and monthly 50000 rs is the hostel fee. Mess fee and room rents are paid separately.

The seniors are very helpful junior - senior interaction are not encouraged by the college management. But the senior students are very helpful to there juniors who seeks there help.

Besides university exams, we have series exams and model exams. We are also having weekely tests and morning tests. All the labs and other necessary facilities and infrastructure are provided at its best in our college than any other college in Kerala. Our library is one of the best architecture library in Kerala.

First we have to submit the form which is given from the college. We have to attach our photo and other details int. Then for architecture NATA score has to be submitted along with it. Then a eligible list will be published and they call for interview. If we passed it ,we will get admission . Then our school cirtificates and marklist has to be submitted in the college.

The faculties are amazing. Teachers in this college are graduated from many prestigious institutions like SPA Delhi, SEPT Ahmedabd, etc. All are having masters in different fields of architecture. The team of faculties is headed by the DEAN Ashok John Oommen, who is a well experienced senior architect in Kerala.
