Remarks

College in which I study is not far away from my house and I wanted to study food technology and Amity University offered that course. My travelling hours are not that much. This made me choose Amity University

Course Curriculum Overview

Course syllabus is updated but needs some changes to make it more good But as far as industrial exposure is considered we don't have that much exposure. Core course Faculties are good. They know what they are teaching

Course Fees: INR 900000 per year

Placement Experience

Campus placement is there in technical departments. For engineering departments there is a placement cell which brings technical companies. Alumini networking is somewhat there because our senior refers companies to our colleges

College Events

Campus life is good. Fests are good. Sports event Sangathan is very nice. Many students actively participate in Sangathan. Students also participate in cultural events and fests but for past two years cultural fests always get cancelled due to different reasons.

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.

Let's talk about IERT Prayagraj

Placement Experience:

Here you'll get placement cell for placement training. But most the students studying here aren't interested in placement. Most students go for GATE examination or UPSC examination. Even I have plan to go for UPSC examination. There are many rankers passed from here. I think the highest package in 2024 was of 12LPA and average was 4LPA. There is not very high paying visit from any company. But in off campus there are some students who have cracked 45LPA per annum package at Amazon. I my opinion if you are passionate about any government examination then definitely you can opt for this college . And if you want placement then make your self perfect and go for off campus.

Remarks:

The only bad remark i have for the university is that the management is not good and a lot of repairing is to be done on outers of A block, while a good remark would be the faculties expertise in their subjects.

I actually chosed tgis college as the exposure was pretty good. But the major part of me for choosing this college is because I was denied by my parents to learn animation as that was my first preference. AMITY UNIVERSITY - GUIDE 101 FOR B.TECH

I applied to SRM chennai and got the admission letter. but i had to choose AMITY because of lack of hostel accommodation in SRM for female students. When i got there they told me they had 0 rooms for so many students. I did not get a rejection, i had to reject SRM because of lack of hospitality for North Indian people at the reception desk. Admission process for Amity is quite moderate, you have to have 70% aggregate in PCM to apply for BTECH, and the students have to go through an interview round to get an admission letter based o nthe interview...Read More
