Course Curriculum Overview

Course updates every year as per the instructions of University. Faculty members are hard working and polite. They help us in every way we want. They conduct class tests and doubt sessions for the students.

The placement of a students depends on his/her overall performance in the academics. The placements for Mining branch is highest as it gets ghe highest package every year.

College Events

As usual there are many extra curricular activities. They are organized under events, techno events and some of them are organized by respective departments, ISTE. Sports events are their inter colleges and inter universities.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. I like this branch. My admission in this college through mht cet score through the centralized admission process in which students get admission through the cut of marks and rank.
