Remarks

Because it is in my city. Also there are no good private colleges which offers this course in Raipur (Bachelor's in Arts). This was the only option I had. Also since it is a government college, there were advantages of government certificates in zonal and national competitions.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course syllabus is not updated. We study from two decades old syllabus. It needs serious amends. Especially when it comes to vibrant topics like science and technology, upgradations are definitely needed.

There are no placement opportunities. There are no technical courses in the college. But certain programmes are held and certain organisations and institutions like TISS come there for skill programmes and also provide employment opportunities

College Events

There are many internal competitions (only for College students) annually both cultural and sports. There is active participation from students. Also selected students are sent to youth fest screening at Ravishankar University.

There are scholarship facilities for students from humble backgrounds. Also there are few exemptions for SC/ST/OBC

A Better One

Placement Experience:

We can do internships after 1st year and 2nd but for the placement it's in 4th year. The training and placement cell of the college has work consistently to bring reputated companies like a TCS Wipro Infosys LNT Infotech etc. the medium package for uses students is like 4 lakh per annum and PG students was about 4 to 5 lakh per annum. However when compared with some of the top tile institutions the package levels and placement percentage highlight the student themselves me to bridge through internship of campus drive and additional certifications. Another noticeable trend is that placements 10 to be more favourable for the branches like computer science and information technology where are School branches of an face lower absorption rates which is common in many engineering colleges. But here off campus placement are really good

Placement Experience:

Placement scenario is so good as per the stats . Like students are eligible for placements from there 7th sem . No. Of companies visited is around 200 (guess). Offers made 600(guess) . Highest package is 65 lpa , and average package is 9 lpa there are major two roles one is core engineering get role and other is non core data analyst role . 86 % students are placed last year . My plan is to get good placements from college itself and then after experience I will go for MBA or higher studies .

Curriculum of anthropology is very much connected to our human lives which I like to know more about and which influenced me choose this as my graduation course. We study biological , social and cultural, archaeological, and linguistic aspects of humans and thus do a holistic study of human which is very interesting. The toughness exams are of medium level The frequency and timing of exams is good like in every month we have internals and then after a month we have semester exams . The course is the only side option of bio students other than this there only left professional courses one cannot avail for other courses the competition is professional courses is very high sadly I can't afford those due to financial issues only the riches can afford to be dr. Not the poores so I take this course the good part is it's not tough it's easy and can be done with less education

Amazing campus, great experience!

Admission:

I had to first apply to the college by filling out the application form present on the college website.Then I had submitted the marks secured in 10+2 then I received an email saying that I was shortlisted and that I had to come for a campus interview upon which I could be admitted to the college.

let me burst your bubble, an all-girls college/school can also be quite a happening place and there is not much that you miss. In most government colleges, a fee to be charged from a student is decided after keeping in mind the various quotas, incentives, and reservations for different sectors of the society. Also, since the college is funded and run by the government. While e selection criteria for faculty in a government college is generally very tough, only highly qualified teachers are selected and appointed. Though other problems faced by students studying in government colleges are that the f.Fees are quite low and reasonable. It is a girl's College so lack of distraction and fun. Admission is done on a merit basis. Low chances of admission for general candidates. This is situated in Kali Badi which is near my house and is the center of the city.
